Esta casa de 3 dormitorios y 2 baños (nuestro 6º y más nuevo alquiler de vacaciones con HomeAway / VRBO), ha recibido más de $ 30,000 en renovaciones durante los últimos tres años.
Con las dos actualizaciones de baño recién completadas. La casa se asienta en un lote muy privado de 1/3 acres en una calle sin salida, en un vecindario seguro y establecido. La gran sala y el amplio dormitorio principal se abren al enorme patio trasero que incluye una terraza cubierta de 30 pies, una piscina climatizada con cascada y un spa (jacuzzi) ... La tarifa de calefacción del spa está incluida en la tarifa de alquiler ... la tarifa de calefacción de la piscina es adicional. (Por favor, solicite detalles ya que la tarifa varía durante el año.)

* Acaba de instalarse un putting green de 600 pies cuadrados de 3 orificios (césped sintético). También se puede utilizar como área de juegos para los niños o mascotas.

Los tres dormitorios tienen una cama de matrimonio. Disfrute de 3 televisores de alta definición con DirecTV, BluRay / DVD y WIFI. Todo lo necesario para hacer su estancia cómoda se proporciona, incluyendo todos los utensilios de cocina, artículos de papel y ropa de cama. Un montón de aparcamiento está disponible en el garaje para 2 coches, conducir vías y la calle.

Great stay
We really enjoyed the backyard including the pool, hot tub, and putting green. Beds were comfortable and the house had everything we needed. Steve was an attentive host and I liked that the “before you leave” list was short and easy.

Wonderful Stay for Family Wedding
Thank you for providing such a wonderful experience for our family. The communication with the owner before and during our stay was excellent. The house had everything we needed to feel comfortable and at home while we were in Arizona for a family wedding. We especially enjoyed the well-equipped kitchen, which made meal preparation a breeze. The backyard was truly an oasis – the pool, hot tub, and putting green were a hit with the whole family. My husband and sons enjoyed using the putting green, and I loved the opportunity to relax and unwind in the hot tub. The property's location was also perfect, with easy access to great stores and restaurants. It truly felt like a home away from home. Overall, we had an amazing stay and would highly recommend your property to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway. Thank you again for everything!

Relaxing Week in Chandler
The property was as shown / described and communication with Steve was amazing. No issues entering the house or during the stay. The house was stocked with all the basic necessities and the provided directions for everything on property were clear and helpful. The street was very quiet and I had no issues. The only comment I might make is that the internet connection is/was a slow. Overall, the stay was excellent.

Beautiful weather for October, but very glad we had the pool heated. Even tho it was very warm during the day, it definitely cools off at night and in the morning. Great location. Close to everything you could need on a trip.

Family vacation
We’ve stayed at several VRBO properties and by far the communication with the host was way above expectations. The host reached out to communicate well before our stay and during our stay to check in. The property was amazingly clean and backyard is fantastic. Pictures don’t do it justice. We spent a lot of our time in the pool and hot tub and played golf and cornhole. We would definitely stay here again.

Enjoyed our stay!
Very comfortable and clean house with all of the accommodations needed for an enjoyable stay. The kitchen was well equipped for preparing a basic meal. The backyard and pool area is beautiful. Despite the very hot weather, the pool was cool enough to make the hot weather bearable. The trees and covered patio provide just enough shade. I also really enjoyed the putting green. Highly recommend this property for a relaxing getaway.

Relaxing stay in Chandler
This property was just what we were looking for for a relaxing getaway. The house is located in an older, very quiet neighborhood close to major highways which makes it easy to get out and explore everything the Phoenix area has to offer. The house is clean and the bed we used very comfy. The backyard is the highlight with the putting green, amazing pool, and the hot tub. With being backed onto Loop 202 Highway, there is some road noise however the waterfall feature of the pool helps to drown that out and it didn’t really bother us. The only drawback this time of year is the flowering tree that likes to she it’s flowers into the pool this requiring frequent pool skimming. We didn’t mind though and actually became OCD about keeping the pool clean and took turns skimming! Close to Costco, Target, and lots of restaurants which we did walk to a couple of times if you’re feeling energetic. Communication with Steve was excellent and accommodating. Overall, a very nice stay!

Wonderful for family
We stayed here for a spring break vacation and it was perfect. The house was very clean and so was the backyard and pool. We had fun playing put put and cornhole and there were pool toys we could enjoy. We had the pool heated for a little extra cost but it allowed us to be in it all day and even some night swimming🙂. The owner was very responsive to our questions and the location was fantastic. Only an easy 20 minute drive to the botanical gardens and the zoo were our adventures. We walked to the playgrounds at Price park every night after dinner. We had so much fun.

This house was perfect for 4 adults. The outdoor area is where we spent most of our time. It was very comfortable and had everything you could need. Love the waterfall! The house was very close to shopping and restaurants.

Location can’t be beat. So close to everything! Easy access to freeway. The kids had an absolute blast in the pool and the putting green. They have all the fun toys at the house to accommodate. Perfect Spring Break in Chandler, AZ!
This house was perfect for us to enjoy a warm AZ week! Steve was absolutely attentive and had check-in and house info incredibly organized. He details everything to make is so easy to understand and follow. The pool and spa were incredible!! It was great and easy to enjoy. We even brought our fur baby and she enjoyed the large backyard and would sun herself on the putting green. We really enjoyed our stay and my daughter and I even hit up a Spring Training baseball game in Scottsdale. We really enjoyed our visit and will stay again if/when we find ourselves back in AZ :)

This property had everything we needed for the perfect stay to visit our kids in Gilbert. Upon arrival there were snacks. After a long flight and no time to go to the store yet that was amazing! The instructions to the pool and hot tub were very straight forward and easy to follow. We will be back for sure!

Great Home With Amazing Host
I’ve stayed in several home rentals and the owner of this house has to be one of the best out there! We had a slight issue with a plug in the hot tub and he came over and we got it taken care of asap. The neighbors are amazing. The house is beautiful! We loved our stay and would love to come back some day.
