Absolutely Fabulous in every respect!
This is a beautifully decorated and incredibly well equipped home. Large, spacious, but warm and friendly, this house is nothing but top-of-the-line everything. From the appliances, the decorating, the pool area and patio, everything screams highest quality and comfort. The beds were excellent, plenty of towels, every kitchen appliance a gourmet chef would want (the pots and pans are All-Clad) to the guest bath with a heated smart toilet and bidet, you will not lack for anything. All you need to bring is food, a swimsuit, and a desire to relax and have fun! I might add that the owner is great to work with and really cares about your experience. I'd like to think that over the week or so we were communicating we have become friends. I can't fully express our appreciation for her or the property!

More than you can ask for!
Overall the home exceeded our expectation . Host supplied everything possible for a comfortable stay. Beds were soooo comfortable with upgraded bedding. Felt like home for us the moment we walked in. Looking forward to returning to this home on our next trip back to visit family.

Very clean, organized and comfortable. The beds were very comfortable, the property was immaculate, great fenced yard for our dog. If you forget anything, I guarantee whatever you need is there. The owner was amazing! Highly recommend!! Five stars is not enough!

This was our first VRBO and it was nothing short of perfect… beautiful home and all the amenities needed to make it feel like a home away from home. Beautiful neighborhood and close to everything Scottsdale. The host was great at communicating with us and very attentive. We highly recommend this property!

You won't find a more comfortable, fully stocked house that has that "home away from home" feel. Kami is an absolute gem and keeps the place clean and updated with ALL the amenities! We will be back for sure!

Best service!
We experienced the best service we've ever had in a vacation home rental, and we've stayed in several around the country. From prior to check in thru checkout, the homeowners, Kami and Bill, were top-notch in their communication and making sure that everything about the home was first class. The home was absolutely spotless upon arrival, and the owners were there and took time to get us familiar with everything. We could not believe how well stocked the home was with everything we needed. The home has been very well maintained and is nicely furnished. Master bedroom bed was perfect! The home is in a nice, quiet neighborhood and convenient location. The only negative is that the home is adjacent to a busy street and traffic noise is a bit loud when enjoying the back yard. The noise was never objectionable inside the home and we were never awakened by noise. Everything else about the home is so good that it's pretty easy to put up with a little noise when outside. The commitment of Kami and Bill to offer a stellar experience is one that sets the bar very high. You can't go wrong with them and their home!

Amazing clean, well equipped and comfortable home!
I have rented a lot of vacation properties and this was tops as far as cleanliness and comfort. The house was so clean and probably the most well-stocked house I have ever stayed in. We wanted for nothing, and every detail was thought of right down to spare toiletries in the bathroom (forgot your toothbrush - no problem!) The location was great for our girls weekend away, we easily got to our spa day, hiking day and shopping as well as great restaurants. Great outside area for meals by the pool and we enjoyed the fire pit one evening. Shout out to Kami who was a fantastic host and answered any of our questions promptly and with care! Would definitely recommend for a group looking for a fun weekend or family weekend away.

Exceptional hospitality in a great location
Kami's home is one of the best we have booked. Kami is a wonderful host - she even stocked the fridge with water and breakfast items so we did not have to worry about going to the grocery store after a long drive. Here are some of the things we liked about the home: LOCATION: perfectly located in central Scottsdale. Grocery stores and restaurants are just around the corner. It is also an easy drive to hiking and mountain biking. The neighborhood is quiet and family friendly with sidewalks for long walks. HOME: Spacious and super-comfortable. The beds and furniture are great and comfortable. The outdoor area is even bigger than it appears in the pictures - it is truly an oasis. Our dogs loved the grassy area and we loved the pool! It also has the world's greatest heated toilet (you will just have to book the house to find out). Everything you could possibly need is provided including coffee, tea, creamer etc etc HOSPITALITY: Kami was responsive and offered anything we needed. She even made our dogs feel at home by leaving blankets and a full bowl of water. We especially appreciate hosts who let us bring our furry friends with us on vacation. We would very much recommend the home if you want to enjoy the Scottsdale sunshine!

Location & Luxury
Convenient Location and beautiful, spacious property with all the amenities. Fully stocked kitchen, foam master king bed, round dining table, indoor/outdoor flow, sizable pool and backyard, all conducive to small adult family gathering in this serene, quiet neighborhood. Our contact, Kami, was readily available for any questions. But, we easily fell into a relaxed routine with ‘everything’ provided for, from laundry detergent to pool towels, to Teas, coffee, and other breakfast treats…even a gift of Cabernet! We’ll never stay in a hotel again!
