Great home!
We had a great stay in this beautiful home that is obviously well cared for and exceptionally clean. We’ve stayed in a lot of vacation rentals in old town scottsdale and this is now one of our favorites. Love the fun decor and the king bed was heavenly along with loving the different settings in the shower. The backyard and patio were much larger than we expected and gave everyone a lot of space to spread out and enjoy. We’ll be back!

Fabulous Home!!
This is our family’s second visit to this home, which continues to be absolutely perfect. Paula is the best host out of all the places we’ve rented over the years. We’ve been coming to old town for a decade and this home has become our favorite because of how clean and well maintained it is, the big patio/yard and the size of the home. We also love how new everything is and how private it feels to us. We feel as if we are in our own little 5 star resort and will keep coming back.

Upon arriving and after unpacking our things, we received a call from the property owner saying there “might be a mouse in the home but they’re pretty sure it’s gone”. This was alarming. We then found poop in multiple locations (bathroom, beds, kitchen cabinets). We were even told to put our dry food in the oven to “make sure it wasn’t eaten by the mouse”. It would have been nice to know that they had a mouse problem before arriving and unpacking all of our things. The owner did refund us in full for this occurrence and said they would be taking the situation “very seriously”. That afternoon, after finding another place to stay last-minute, we inquired under a different name about booking this same property (as we had seen it listed again right after our reservation was cancelled by the owner). The owner messaged the new inquiring guest (a friend of mine) and said the property would be ready by 1pm the next day, and that the “previous guests had a medical emergency and had to cancel”. Completely untrue. Very disappointing to see that this owner was lying to guests and allowing others to book immediately after saying they were taking the situation “very seriously”. I’d be very surprised if the home was completely exterminated, deep cleaned, and safe for guests to arrive less than 24 hours later (seeing that we left the home on a Friday at 2pm on Memorial Day weekend). Be aware of who you’re booking with!

Great weekend break
The weather was perfect for a spring break in this lovely property. Lots of activities and top class fittings, bedding towels etc. The beds were so comfortable. Couple of small things. It would be nice to have recycling. Think carefully about paying for pool heating - we knew it was not a hot-tub but still quite chilly at end March.

Amazing staycation!
Paula is one of the best hosts I have had the pleasure of booking with! Her attention to detail is impeccable and she truly wants to make sure you have the BEST time during your stay! Beautiful backyard with afternoon sun and clean inside and out. My guests and I were all pleased with the property, beds, and Paula’s aim to insure our trip was top-notch! Super close to old town was a big bonus too! If you like Mexican food I recommend Cien Agave.

The house was so beautiful! We were all sad that we didn’t get to spend more time there. The back yard was amazing!!! I wanted to go out there and stay all day...napping, playing ping pong, and sitting by the fire pit in the evening.

Great place, incredible location. Pool heater requires advance notice and incurs additional charge. We did not realize this so it was more like an ice bath (: Property managers were very responsive and helped us have an awesome trip.

Beautiful home!!!!!
My husband and I stayed 3 nights w/ 3 other couples and this house was perfect! The outdoor area was beautiful and the perfect hang out spot on a warm afternoon. The pool was refreshing as well. It is not a large home yet it felt very spacious. Paula was amazing to work with and was very responsive. We will be back!

Perfect for a bachelorette!
I booked this house for my sisters bachelorette and there were 8 of us. It was perfect! The host, Paula, was fantastic and so helpful, she accommodated requests and was really easy to communicate with. I would definitely rent this home (or any of Paula’s properties) again!!

Best Ever
We have stayed with LuxuriAZ several times and each time was better than the last. The owner was particularly understanding when we requested to add an additional day in view of an injury that happened to my wife off premises. The owner was generous and offered the use of a second location at her expense. We look forward to a return visit.

The property was great. Exactly what was advertised. Very clean. Having the pool, putting green, ping pong and the grill was excellent. It definitely gave us things to do in our down time. The property owner was great. Made sure we had everything needed. Would definitely come back to this property if we visit Scottsdale again.

Beautiful Home and Great Property Manager
We loved our stay at this home. It is beautiful and well-appointed. There are, basically, two master bedrooms, which made it work well for our group. We walked down the road to the Indian Bend Wash Trail which runs over 12 miles. The house has a putting green, ping pong, lots of beautiful outdoor seating, and a swimming pool. Lovely place to stay, and the property manager went over and above.

Long Weekend

Fit 5 of us comfortably with ample room in the bedrooms and bathrooms. Not as close to Old Town as anticipated. Lots of rules to follow and expectations for checking out. Communication with owner was slow to respond to specific requests.

Gorgeous place
This place had such a perfect location to everything and anything you need. Paula was very communicative which was appreciated. The bed and layout was perfect for 8 adults. We did get the pool heated which didn’t feel heated but that could be because of the weather. Overall I would definitely come back/recommend this house again!
