Beautiful location
Pros: Beautiful location Great outdoor spaces. Very quiet neighborhood Lots of beds Owner was very communicative. We loved all the hiking right there. Cons: Was not clean to our satisfaction before arriving. I don’t blame the owner. I blame his cleaning service. If you want the pool heated, let him know in advance. Took a few days to get hot tub up and running. Probably my fault for not letting him know enough in advance. I thought it was something easy. Furnishings are average. It is set up as a great rental place to host lots of people. It’s not like you are staying jin someone’s fancy house. Overall it served what we needed but not overjoyed. It was satisfactory.

Good for large group of adults
Lots of space and amenities, esp towels. Good kitchen, great patio with views, lots of seating for dining or watching TV. Steps from entrance to state park if you want to take great hikes Responsive managers. Note, the neighborhood is all residential-- you have to drive/Uber to all restaurants and stores. Furnishings and bathrooms are quite worn and need refreshing. Pool/spa heater seemed very weak although we followed all instructions.

Great weekend in AZ
We had a large group stay for the weekend and everything was great. Dennis was great with communication. The pictures of the house on the listing don’t do it justice. Everyone enjoyed having the pool, we even canceled our dinner plans the first night just to stay and enjoy the house and pool. Would recommend to anyone staying with a large group or families traveling together. Hopefully I will be able to return to this property

Great location & great communication from host
Overall our stay was a great one at this property. It accommodated our entire large group of 14 comfortably and while we had a small issue with pool the host was quick to get it fixed up and operational for us. Dennis was very quick to respond and helpful with any questions we had. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks Dennis !

Great house for a group
Stayed for three nights at the house with a group of 14. The house worked great and had enough room for everyone to be comfortable. The large patio with grill / pool / hot tub was perfect for gathering and relaxing. The house has a big dining room table with enough room for everyone. This worked great for our group.

Overall a great property and we were very happy with almost everything. Only problem was the pool and spa heater were not working during our stay. This was a big draw for us and one of the reasons we booked this property. We also paid for the pool to be heated. Overall great experience, but I would please like a refund for the pool/spa which was not heated. Thank you

Do not recommend
This property is highly overvalued for what you get. We were only able to use 2 bathrooms (for 15 women) due to drainage issues. One of the showers had apparent mold and hair. It was disgusting. There was a lack of pillows, pool towels, bath towels (we all had to share) and we ran out of toilet paper after the first night. The smoke alarm went off the first night waking up the entire house. I asked for a partial refund based on the terrible experience we had which was totally ignored. The house overall was in mediocre condition and it is clear the owners do not care about updates or quality of the home.

Perfect house
We rented the house to celebrate my husbands 40th birthday with friends. The house was so comfortable and accommodated 10 of us easily. The beds were comfortable and the house was in great shape. The only issue we had was the pool and spa heater didn’t work but it’s Arizona heat so we were in the pool anyway. Dennis was easy to reach if we had questions. I highly recommend this house.

Great location. City lights and mountain bike trails
Our group of eight stayed here the week after Christmas and had a fantastic time. The house is as described with lots of great places to hang out. The infinity pool with views of the city and mountains was wonderful. The sunsets from this house are truly amazing! There’s also a large couch seating area outside with a fire pit and grill nearby. There is a three car garage which meant easy storage for six mountain bikes. Amazing trail system right behind the house in the Phoenix mountain preserve. The sleeping arrangements were more than adequate for our group and we spent lots of time playing pool and ping-pong during the evenings. I’m sure we will be back.
