Old Town Gem
We enjoyed our stay here as it is very close to the riverfront where we were able to walk (less than a mile)to see the Canal Convergence & eat at Oil & Ivy, which was delicious. This VRBO was exactly what we needed & will definitely head back here on a return visit. There is so much to do and see and only 15 mins from the airport. Highly recommend!!

Comfy condo
We stayed in Bridget's condo for 2 1/2 weeks while my husband underwent and then recuperated from back surgery. It was a great set up for our circumstances. Main floor condo, assigned parking right outside our door with no steps and an open floor plan. Nicely updated with comfy furniture and all the amenities. Firm, comfy king sized beds, black-out curtains in the bedrooms, fresh new linens, plenty of lighting, a fun patio with string lights, all the basics in the kitchen, and a very clean laundry room in the building next to ours. Though there isn't a washer or dryer in the unit, the laundry room is pretty close by and was sparkling clean. We didn't use any of the amenities -- it was 106 degrees every day, so it was too hot -- but they looked quite nice when I walked by them. It was also less than a half mile walking distance to a lovely Sprouts grocery store, Starbucks, TJ Maxx and a half-dozen casual restaurants, and less than a mile to a CVS Pharmacy. It is located in a neighborhood surrounded by other condos and apartment complexes, and is less than three miles to the upscale Fashion Square Mall. It is also less than a mile on foot to a lovely walking path through Indian Bend Wash Park.

Wonderfully located and stylish stay!
Experience was wonderful start to finish! Conveniently located, well stocked, great communication, fairly priced, load in/out easy on first floor. Never even heard a neighbor, private end apartment. Highly recommend!

Seems like owner seldom visits property. Condo wasn’t clean when I arrived. Closet with cleaning supplies was locked. Had to call owner. Very few supplies such as toilet paper and paper towels. Renovation did not seem complete. Baseboards missing something obviously removed from one wall. Patio rug very dirty landscaping of patio high weeds.Certainly not pleasant to sit outside. Owner tried to please when called but seemed to have no clue. Would not rent that Condo again or any other one owned by this person.

Getaway from the cold!
My husband and I came to Scottsdale to get out of the cold for a week and to visit with our son who goes to ASU. The place was clean and what we needed . The pool was awesome. Love that it was heated. I loved that the grounds were gated and you needed the fob, but our building was not gated. We never felt unsafe though. Brigette was a great communicator.

Old Town Condo
The condo was clean and well-stocked. The host was communicative and responded to questions promptly. The location is just outside of old town on Camelback Rd. We easily walked the area. There are also grocery and convenience stores nearby.

Cousin weekend
Girl cousin reunion! We had a blast... our condo was very convenient to Old Town Scottsdale. It was very convenient to services and the amenities were very good ( pool and hot tub). The owner was very responsive when we needed to communicate with her. The beds and all furniture were super comfortable and the kitchen was very serviceable but not very large. We will definitely stay here again!

Great place in a great location!
The condo was everything we needed and a great location for all we did on our girls trip. Parking spot is steps from the door and the patio was a nice place to sit in the morning as we planned for the day. Having two bathrooms is a huge plus. The pool is kept very clean and was much needed on those 100+ degree days. Will stay again when in the area!

Perfect place in Scottsdale
In town for the Phoenix Open and Super Bowl. Three of us. Two bedrooms, two baths. Asked owners if we could bring an air mattress for our 3rd, and they said don't worry about it - they had one ready for us upon arrival! Everything top notch - communication, goodie basket upon arrival, fridge stocked with beer and water (what?) and even SB 57 coozies! Really great all around. If you want to do downtown Scottsdale, this is a short 5 minute walk. And we used Ubers to get around and it was very convenient all weekend. Will definitely stay here again on next trip to Scottsdale!

Second time stay ! Still love the apartment. Bridgette even coded the door security to my phone number so it was easy to remember . Short walk to great Japanese quinine at the W hotel and next door to down to earth Clancy’s bar. Beds are the best ! Ambiance is perfect !

Great place to write a novel!
Stayed for 12 nights while attending a course for enterpreuners. Then afterwards I took a week to spend personal time to work on a novel . The comfort and feel as well as Awsome bed made it the right fit for think time. Used the gym facilities which is in two rooms. One tread mill, one elliptical and one bike trainer. All new equipment. Small but not busy enough that it was a problem. Weight room was large and excellent. Walking distance to many restraints bars and groceries. Bridgette the owner was Awsome and checked in to ensure I was happy. WILL STAY AGAIN !

You will be glad you stayed here!
This condo is perfect! It’s super clean, roomy, comfortable, easy to access, SUPER close to Old Town Scottsdale and has the most comfortable bed I’ve slept on while away from home! Bridget is just as awesome…..very accommodating and responds back immediately. It was a girls trip with my sisters and the decor made us feel like we were in a posh, chic Vegas boutique hotel.
