Family stay foe July.
This property is amazing! It is in a great location. The pictures in the listing do not do it justice, it is alot better in person. We loved staying here with the family and dogs. I would recommend this property to anyone thay wants a realxing stay in an amazing home. Thanks for having us!

Great Girls Trip Home
Fantastic VRBO home in Arizona for a girls' trip, and it was an incredible experience. The house was beautifully furnished, spacious, and very clean. The highlight was definitely the private pool – perfect for lounging and cooling off in the Arizona heat. The kitchen was fully equipped, which made it easy to prepare meals. The location was great too, close to local attractions and dining options. Overall, it was a perfect getaway spot, and I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a relaxing and fun trip with friends.

Great stay for a large family
We really enjoyed the house. Has many amenities like an outdoor bbq and large swimming pool with shade in it. House is large and good for big families who like to have room to spread out.

Over all great place a few small hiccups.
The house was amazing! 12 slept very comfortably. There was plenty of room for everyone. The back yard was perfect for the kids, they loved the pool. The only hiccups were 1. We had 4 large trucks and it was very hard to get them in the garage. 2. Almost all the batteries in the remotes were dead. And 3. We had no hot water with no water pressure. But we were able to get a hold of the property manager and they sent someone right over who fixed it. After that the showers were fabulous!!! We will definitely book here again.

Great Big House in easy location for Large Family
This house was large and accommodated 4 of us quite well. Very clean. We were able to have family gatherings with those who lived near. Beds were comfortable, backyard was great for entertaining if you could (it was cold while we were there) and we each had our own bathroom (3 total). Garage access was great for our car. Centrally located near main interstates and roads. I even ran to and from Spook Hill (5 miles total) before hiking it. The only things that would have made the experience even more enjoyable for us: Fridge: When we landed we received a call stating the main fridge didn't work as we had $400 of groceries being delivered. They stated there was a fridge in the garage but it wasn't cold so our beverages were luke warm all week and the 2 mini fridges they put in the kitchen as backups were too small for most of our large items like milk. Toiletries: after day 3 we needed to go buy toilet paper and paper towels as there was only one roll in each bathroom. There were no kleenex. Kitchen: amazing kitchen utensils to make all meals. Only items we had to go buy were tin foil and olive oil for cooking. Toilets: they don't flush very good - hold the handle down. TV’s: they had a very basic direct tv package, would have preferred just a fire stick so we could have watched our own subscriptions.

AZ golf Tournament
We had a wonderful stay! I was traveling with two teenagers and two toddlers and the house was perfect. Nice kitchen and back yard! close to a small park and very near the freeway for easy traveling.

Review of our East Mesa rental home ID 2516676
EXPECTATIONS WERE NOT MET AND VRBO ELITE SERVICE WAS NOT PROVIDED. The property is in disrepair and requires maintenance. Unable to use yard amenities. Pool as not operational. The remote was not working. Tools and equipment left on the pool decking. TV's were all out upon arrival and required a handyman later. DirecTV box was disconnected. Fireplaces inside non functioning and no controls...outside fire pit lighter broken. Light bulbs out...brackish water in BBQ fish tank? Plunger required for toilet. No blankets for warmth in bed. Linens were poor and towels/washrags inadequate. No home directions/manual left. Outdoor trashcans were full upon arrival. Had not been emptied. Master sink faucet very loose...about to fall off. Had difficulties with front door lock and had to leave unlocked one evening when leaving...dangerous. Very disappointed with our stay and VRBO lack of premiere/elite service for a large home such as this. Advertising is inaccurate for this home. We should be refunded some for our visit as it was not of value and unable to use the amenities inside and outside. Also the heating for the pool must be refunded as pool was broken and not able to be used!!

Wedding Home Base
This house has it all! Plenty of room for our 8 member immediate family to prepare for our son’s wedding with 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Lots of room inside and out to gather. Every aspect of the check in check out process was easy to navigate. We could not have found a better home!

Excellent!
The property was amazing, spacious and super clean. The pool was perfect for swimming and the property manager was super helpful and friendly throughout our stay. The kitchen is fully stocked and has everything you need to make your own meals at home. The kitchen table was our favorite to sit at during the evenings as a family. Thank you.

Beautiful Property
This is a beautiful house with all the amenities you and your family would need. The pool was just perfect and made the trip even better. We felt like we were at home. Close to restaurants, shopping and or grocery stores. We most definitely will be back.

“Heated Pool”
Stayed here in January. Had a great stay. We knew the short falls of things we like to have when cooking. The home is showing its age. Roof tiles falling off the garage. Broken umbrella. Lack of forks for 5 bedroom home. Vacuum cleaner was not working. Upright vacuum was full and when we emptied it we could not get suction to give the home a real vacuum (which we would have done if the vacuum(s) worked). Overall, the owners should take a look at their home and give it some care.

Gorgeous home! Great communication! Ultimately we choose to stay here for the heated pool however the pool never really heated up and we couldn’t enjoy the entire reason we stayed there for! Other than that this home is gorgeous!

Great place!
We were in town for the Waste Management tournament and this place was perfect for our group! Great outdoor area and tons of space inside. Only complaint would be limited channels on direct tv (no ESPN or sports channels) and no ability to stream anything. We were out golfing or at the tournament a lot so this wasn’t a big issue for our group.

Fabulous property with pool
We enjoyed the house, yard and pool. We would rent this house. The neighbourhood was quiet and the grocery stores were close. Walking our fur babies was a pleasure. So happy we booked this property.
