50th Birthday
We stayed here to celebrate my husband‘s 50th birthday. The property was everything we were looking for and more. We spent a considerable amount of time in the game room playing a wide range of games and watching sports on the large TV. All 6 couples had their own bedroom with plenty of space, and all of the beds were extremely comfortable. Keith was very helpful with any question I had and responded in a very timely manner. We will definitely try to stay here again when it’s a little bit warmer and we can take advantage of the pool area also.

Amazing Property and Owner!
Keith is so easy to work with and has great communication!! The property worked out perfectly for all of our friends and family to stay with us for the weekend of my birthday party! He has thought of everything you could need or want for a vacation/staycation home! We all had a great time and slept well! The beds are very comfortable! We would definitely stay again and highly recommend this property! The property and house has plenty of room! Thank you so much Keith!!

Excellent stay could not have asked for better
Some friends and I stayed at Keiths property to celebrate a bachelor party. The property was everything we expected and more. We had about 16 guys total everyone had plenty of room and were all able to sleep comfortably. Keith was a fantastic host, super quick to respond and incredibly helpful. He made the whole process of checking in and out so seamless. The only thing I would change about our trip is maybe stay one more day just to enjoy staying at the house. Between the pool, hot tub, basketball, putting green, the game room, corn hole, etc wasnt even enough time to enjoy it all. I would highly highly recommend anyone planning a stay for a big group to stay here!

Phoenix Thanksgiving '24
This place is incredible! This home has what we needed for 4 families and a dog to enjoy Thanksgiving week. We did not need to leave the property because it had everything! The pool and floaties, the hot tub, golf greens, fire pits everywhere, multiple BBQs and my favorite the flat grill for any type of meal you could want. There is plenty of space, rooms were comfortable, tv's and game room was amazing. Keith was absolutely the best to work with and answered all our questions and accommodated our requests. Just a lovely time to relax, bond and catch up with family. Thanks Keith for a wonderful time in the desert!

Great place full of amenities and plenty of space
We had a birthday party here with about 25 people and the property was able to accommodate everyone pretty comfortably. Tons of living space in the backyard with something for everyone. Kitchen, bathrooms, pool, and hot tub were very clean. The property is also near a lot of shopping centers (Costco, Walmart, total wine, etc) so you can always pick something up if you need it. A great place. Would absolutely stay again.

The property was better than what we could have expected. Keith was wonderful to work with and even accommodated for our early check-in. I would highly suggest anyone looking for a fun and inviting place to stay around Scottsdale to go through Keith. He makes everything seem less and you feel like you’re at your own property!

Unbelievable Spot
Fantastic place. House was great, backyard is absolutely massive. Couldn’t have asked for a better spot for our group. Huge pool area, hot tub, green space, basketball court, putting/chipping green, games room, TVs everywhere. 10/10.

Keith, this place was amazing. Perfect place for our anniversary celebration with family and friends. Lots of compliments from everyone on the property. His communication was great. More than enough stuff around for the kids to do all weekend. The property was well maintained. We definitely passed out information to the guests that asked.

Awesome Stay!
I would recommend this VRBO to anyone that wants to do a large group outing in the Pheonix area. It was large enough that all 10 of us were able to sleep in our own beds and still had plenty more options. The host was generous and very accommodating. For a bachelor party we had something to keep us occupied at all time while we were at the house! I hope to stay here again one day!

Amazing Stay
Really enjoyed our family stay here! Plenty of room and fully equipped with absolutely everything you'll even think to need. The game room was awesome and the pool was perfect for the summer heat. Kids had a blast with all the amenities available. More than enough seating and spaces available to accomodate our large family. Keith was super responsive and flexible with our check in time. Definitely left everyone excited for another opportunity to utilize this space again. Also love that there are so many refrigerators and ice machine!

Golf getaway
Keith made our weeeked memorable. With easy access and communication with keith checking in was easy. The house was super clean and tidy. With the weather being 40+ celcius the pool was the best part of our stay. House was very spacious with 21 people staying Would recommend anyone who wants a little resort stay feeling .

Keith was a great host. Quick to respond, accommodating to requests, and professional. The house was a great spot for 20+ person bachelor trip. Conveniently located to golf courses in the area and a quick trip to Old Town. The pool, basketball court, game room, and putting green made it easy to hang out at the house and not have a reason to leave.

Great Property
Stayed at this great location for a bachelor party. Keith was very accommodating with our booking months before and provided great communication during our stay. The property is fantastic and had so many fun things to do to. Lots of places to sleep and multiple fridges to store your drinks. We had a great time and would definitely recommend for other large parties of people.

The Perfect Bachelor Party Pad
I had my bachelor party here with 18 friends and the property had everything for all of us and more. There was plenty of yard games to play, plenty of beds to sleep everyone comfortably, and the location was great, close enough to just about everything. Keith, the house manager, was amazing and handled all our questions quickly and had the house and pool in great condition. Highly highly recommended if you are staying in Scottsdale!

From the youngest to the oldest, we all loved our stay. The house and outdoor area were great and had something for everyone to do! The pool was the biggest hit! Keith was so good to work with. We really appreciated him. It was a great time!

Incredible place, too many things to do on the property with all the games and activities laid out. Groups of 25-30 should have no worries whatsoever on whether or not they’ll fit. Keith was super accommodating, made this process 10x easier.

Excellent place to stay
Stayed here for 4 nights and it was everything you could ask for. Had 25 people and it fit everyone comfortable. So many activities to do you really never have to leave. Keith was also so accommodating and took care of every need I asked for. I would absolutely stay there again
