Exclusiva residencia privada estilo Adobe rodeada de casas de $ 1 millón en el hermoso norte de Scottsdale, AZ, adyacente al Bosque Nacional Tonto, justo al este de Desert Mountain. Recientemente renovado, recién amueblado y decorado en auténtico estilo suroeste.

Estírese en salas de estar y familiares grandes con techos altos (cada una con pisos de mármol y una chimenea), o recuéstese con un libro en el acogedor estudio. Prepare comidas gourmet en la gran cocina (encimeras de granito, isla, electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable) o cocine en la parrilla al aire libre. Dirígete al patio grande pero íntimo (con chimenea al aire libre), o salta a tu gran piscina privada climatizada de agua salada con una hermosa cascada de piedra natural. Disfrute de las magníficas vistas del East Valley y las montañas desde la terraza de observación en la azotea. Al final del día, relájese en las amplias y cómodas habitaciones. Dormitorio principal con cama King, pisos de madera, 2 vestidores, entrada privada desde el patio, baño privado grande con bañera de hidromasaje. Dos habitaciones en el piso de arriba (una con dos camas individuales y otra con una cama queen), cada una con baño privado y acceso al balcón con vista al patio trasero y a la piscina. Siempre encontrará algo divertido que hacer, ya sea que esté tomando el sol en una tumbona junto a la piscina o jugando juegos de jardín con su familia y amigos. La propiedad ofrece una mesa de ping-pong, un aro de baloncesto, un aro de baloncesto acuático y otros juegos de jardín. Si está buscando entretenimiento en interiores, encontrará televisores HD de pantalla grande, cable, internet de alta velocidad, una colección de DVD, libros y juegos de mesa.

Beautiful house in Carefree
Wonderful property in Carefree Hills. Property is well equipped and very clean. Nice pool and yard area. This is where we spent most of our time. We love the area. Looking forward to returning soon!

Tons of space
We had a great time staying here! The wildlife on the property was impressive! So many bunnies and quail. The house was very clean and well stocked with basic supplies. The house felt every bit of 4000sqft. Our kids slept in the 2 bedrooms upstairs and they had their own loft/sitting area upstairs as well! We stayed here in June and loved watching our car thermostat go from 105 down to the upper 90s as we drove from the main part of Scottsdale up to this home. The temp was never an issue. The neighborhood was quiet and just a beautiful area. The owner was quick to respond with any texts/questions we had!

Great spacious house in the Carefree hills
Excellent Location - quite and well situated. Great as a starting point for hiking in the area and also Scottsdale is within easy reach for best restaurants and shops. The house is within the carefree hills and wildlife can be enjoyed close to the location. We did not heat the pool as temps were high enough. Tim was easy to reach and very responsive to our questions.

Beautiful and Picturesque Carefree Home
This was the second time that my husband and I have stayed at this beautiful property. The home has everything that you could need. We had such a nice stay, and with the lovely warm weather, we enjoyed sitting outside on the lovely patio everyday. We will definitely plan a return visit in the future.

Pretty home with great amenities
The check in was flawless and I love the fact we could park in the garage. The property is lovely and very clean, all the extra kitchen spices and teas were nice to have. We played a couple games and battled on the pinpong table and used the outdoor grill. Unfortunately it was in the 40s/50s during our stay so we did not use the pool but it is setup very nicely and can imagine an amazing summer stay. We had a ladies day and went to the English tea rose for brunch and enjoyed it very much, it’s a small place I recommend making a reservation. We also went to the Buffalo chip to check out the bull riding, small ring and short shows but definitely a fun place for people who like to party. We had lunch at El Encanto, I wish we would have made a reservation for outdoor seating near the indoor pond with ducks, turtles and lush greenery. The food was average but the atmosphere was worth it-super photoesqe and live music. Also did some shopping at frontier town and the prices weren’t inflated to buy gifts for people back home. The only problems we had with the property was the lack of hot water in the master bedroom for showers. Also locks on a couple of doors leading to the backyard and roof area were hard to work, there are directions in the welcome book but I think some folks may have tried operating them without the instructions causing them to be difficult to operate but overall a wonderful stay and definitely recommend.

Good Choice
The large size of this property made it an easy stay for our four adults. The rooms are all large and well appointed. The outdoor space is tranquil with beautiful scenery. The town of Care Free is close for food, etc.

Beautiful Home and Great Host
We spent Thanksgiving with our adult children home from college and it was a great experience. Home is very spacious, pool and patio were clean and relaxing. The interior and exterior architecture were gorgeous. Highly recommend!

This is the second time we have stayed at this location. Very quiet and picturesque!!! We love hanging out at the pool during the day and going to the roof lookout in the evening. Such a great place we really enjoy this location.

Very nice and comfortable
Just a beautiful place in a great neighborhood. The house was immaculate and spacial. The pool was very clean although didn’t use it as was not heated. Enjoyed the rooftop seating area with a glass of wine to see the 360 degree views and gorgeous sunset.

This home is was for us in the most convenient location to our venues. It is affordable and comes with everything you you’ll need including a heated pool, observation deck to catch beautiful sunsets and lots more… Excellent manager, Tim. Very responsive as needed. Great Vacation
We stayed for 5 nights. The house is awesome with plenty of room to spread out. Kitchen is well stocked. Rooftop is great for sunsets and star gazing. We had the pool heated due to the cool nights. Great location! We didn’t travel more than 20 minutes for shopping, dining and hiking. Any questions were answered quickly. Everyone had a great time!

Wonderful Respite in the Desert
Five stars to this private, spacious and well appointed desert retreat. Plenty of room to spread out and a wonderful pool / patio area to decompress… it made for a amazing base camp for our various desert adventures. Tim was a responsive owner and made sure we were greeted upon our arrival by a concierge who provided a lay of the land. Highly recommended… we hope to be back soon!

Absolutely Relaxing
Great property - as pictured and described. Manager provided swift and useful entry and walk thorough. We loved the pool, the decks, the lighting, the walking neighborhood, and location. Enjoyed the night lights and sky from the roof top. Kitchen was upscale and easy to navigate with basic and some not so basic supplies! Highly recommend!

A few hiccups but handled well, beautiful home!!
There was an issue with the pool heater when we arrived which was never fully resolved during our stay but was out of the control of the owner. The owner/manager kept in constant contact with us throughout. Aside from that the home was gorgeous, exactly as described, and we would definitely stay again!!
