Hermosa casa en la soleada Glendale, Arizona! Nos complace darle la bienvenida a nuestra hermosa casa de 4 habitaciones, 3 baños y 2350 pies cuadrados en los pintorescos Lagos Arrowhead, ¡listos para su disfrute! Completa con una atractiva bañera de hidromasaje para 5 personas, mesa de tejo, piscina privada climatizada y magníficas vistas, esta casa está ubicada en la hermosa comunidad de Arrowhead Lakes en Glendale, Arizona. Muy cerca de los campos de golf, del parque acuático Wet N Wild, del estadio AZ Cardinals, de los parques de béisbol de entrenamiento de primavera y de excelentes restaurantes. Las ventajas adicionales de la casa incluyen dos kayaks para tomar en el lago, Wi-Fi, parrilla al aire libre, Alexa Echo, Roku TV con Netflix, Hulu y Sling TV, (ESPN, TNT, FSAZ, NFL Network, etc.). También antenas de TV con todos los canales locales (CBS, FOX, NBC, ABC ...).

Para el diseño de la casa, hay 3 dormitorios en planta alta y 1 dormitorio en planta baja. Las habitaciones de arriba tienen una cama queen en cada una, y una cama king en el dormitorio principal. El cuarto de abajo tiene 2 literas (4 camas). Hay un televisor LG de pantalla plana de 65 "en la sala de estar y un televisor Samsung de pantalla plana de 65" en el dormitorio principal.

Perfect location and beautiful place
Our family feels so blessed to have the opportunity to stay here. The couple was amazing with answering any questions and concerns about our stay. We felt very at home in the house and enjoyed the awake hours as well as the asleep hours. The location is a perfect spot for so many adventures. Excellent Find!
This is a beautiful home! Plenty of amenities and extras that made our stay easy. The beds were comfortable too! Even the pull out sofa bed was great. Lots of towels for the pool, pool toys, kayaks, fishing poles, toys for the kids, soap and shampoo in the bathrooms, extra pillows, and lots of games made our stay feel like a home away from home. Communication with the property owner was always prompt as well. We were here with our cousins and their kids for a funeral and this place was just what we needed to make a difficult time better for everyone. Thank you!

We loved our stay! House was clean and had convenient amenities for all of us. Really enjoyed the pool, hot tub and sitting out on back patio playing scrabble game that was provided. Great place to enjoy spending time with family!

FUN AND COZY FOR ALL
BEST property ever! We booked this place and from the second we checked in we were so happy that we found this place. Super clean, roomy, and tons of amenities. We had teenagers who loved fishing in the backyard. Our kids bonded over all the board games and videogames that the house provided. I was impressed by the "extras" it had like the Keurig pods and detergent and quality towels and washcloths. The beds were extremely comfortable and I'm very picky. The property was extremely clean and the welcome binder had all of the instructions that we needed, we didn't have to ask the owner for any questions, it was all so easy. We will book this place the next time. We all highly recommend. Parent and teenager approved. (we were in town for a baseball tournament)

Excellent Stay
We just spent 14 days here with our 2 little kids. The house was very well suited for young kids (2 and 4). Retractable gates at the ends of the steps, gate around the pool, and bunk room made the house work well with the little. The backyard hang out area was primarily outside the gated pool so we were not cramped back there when relaxing and letting the kids run free. Jared was super friendly and accessible for communication. Would stay here again no problem if we come back to Glendale. House is also super close to stores and restaurants.

Great house, perfect for a family getaway
Our family really enjoyed our stay. The house we clean and well stocked with product needed in the kitchen and around the house. There was a full gym in the garage which which was a bonus. Our kids loved the heated pool and hot tub along with the shuffleboard and arcade system. We would definitely stay here again if we visit glendale.

Perfect Spring Training House
This property was very clean and very well maintained in a nice quiet neighborhood! Updated and new appliances, plenty of space and seating for all. Owners are very responsive with messages. Beautiful home in Glendale, AZ close to many of the cactus league spring training stadiums. Backyard view is gorgeous and the heated pool and hot tub are a bonus!

PERFECT
From the moment when we first arrived to when we left this property was everything and more. Jared (owner) met us and showed us the home and answered all of our questions, it was a late arrival for us that evening it was so kind and thoughtful for him to do that. The property was super clean and ready to go which put us in a situation to relax and enjoy. The home was super well stocked with any and everything that you will need from toiletries, games, condiments, ect ect. It was so great to go out on the patio and enjoy a hot tub in the early morning and have the great pool for the afternoon, what fun we had! If there was ever a place that we will come back to it is this home. A really big thank you from our family for sharing this wonderful property.
