¡Bienvenido a casa! Si amas la privacidad, ¡toda la casa es tuya! 3 dormitorios, 2 baños, 1466 pies cuadrados. Luminoso y espacioso salón familiar, comedor y cocina. El dormitorio principal es grande y relajante con HD Smart TV. El dormitorio 2 tiene una cómoda reina y el tercer dormitorio está configurado como una oficina (con un colchón de aire Queen de calidad si es necesario). WiFi disponible. El patio trasero con césped invita a los niños, las mascotas o simplemente a tomar el sol de Arizona. Cerca de tiendas, restaurantes, eventos deportivos y eventos culturales.

Esta casa es una propiedad de uso exclusivo, no nuestra residencia. Extiende a todos entre las 3 habitaciones. Azulejos en toda la casa, excepto alfombras nuevas en todas las habitaciones. Recién pintado y listo para impresionar. El cómodo sofá de cuero de alta calidad y el loveseat en la sala invitan a relajarse. Vajilla para 6 y una cocina completa. A treasure in Gilbert
This was our second time staying at this property, and we plan on returning again next year. The house is spacious, in an excellent location and has everything we needed to be comfortable and relaxed for our stay. The Val Vista Lakes community has excellent options for walking, biking and water activities. Our host, Kevin, looked after our every need and did lots of extras to make our stay exactly what we wanted.

Good place to stay for a week
Visited grandparent's the house was nice and close. We 4 were pretty comfy. Some of the pictures of the rooms were different than advertised but they just need to be updated. No longer any wood floors all tile. Guesst beds Im told are a bit stiff but i really liked the bed in the main bedroom.

great property and value
Property was very clean. Beds and furniture were comfortable. There were extra blankets and towels available. The property is a little worn, but very clean, and the rental price was really reasonable. Owner Kevin answered all questions before our arrival. He also left detailed instructions where to find grocery stores and a favorite restaurant. Light switches are all marked with light or fan they control - a plus when you aren't familiar with a property. Coffee pot is drip - bring your own ground coffee. One packet is provided until you make it to the store. Extra coffee filters are also in the cupboard. Do note that the front door is actually on the left side of the property inside the fence. (We arrived late at night and had to locate in the dark.) There is plenty of space to move around furniture and in and out of rooms, in case someone has mobility issues. We felt like the area was very safe. Check in and out was easy. Very much enjoyed our stay.

Nice Stay
It was a nice stay. The only thing that was really a nuisance was the road work on the street and surroundings. The outside patio was not very appealing. Chairs had bird droppings. But I did stay at the very hot season of the year.

Fabulous house with everything you could ask for
We really enjoyed our stay in the Val Vista lakes community. The house is wonderful with lots of little extras to make us feel very comfortable. Lots of space to feel at home. We signed up to use the Val Vista lakes clubhouse and enjoyed swimming, kayaking and paddleboarding. The location is excellent for access to the bike/walking trail system in Gilbert. When we are back in the area, we would love to stay here again.

Would definitely stay here again.
My family and I needed a place to stay for the weekend while in town. I’m so glad we picked this property! The beds we’re comfortable and the home layout was roomy. Kevin was a great host and made sure we had everything we needed. We will definitely be staying here again when we are in the area.

Great Location
Pros: This location was amazing perfect spot for us, lots of restaurants and shopping close by. The home was very clean and the Property Management was great to work with, they were fast at responding and helpful. Kitchen was stocked well, we wish there was a Keurig type of coffee maker (instead of drip), and we could have used a grater. Cons: The mattresses in all three bedrooms are old, if you have any back issues you'll have a hard time with the beds. It is time for them to be replaced. The bedding also, seemed old and warn out, and the nice bedspreads and duvet in the pictures was not was we had.

Best VRBO I ever stayed
The home was clean and well stocked with the necessities of life. The host, Kevin and I assume his better half are the best. The location was the perfect spot for our getting around town and visiting family. Their restaurant recommendations are spot on and we used them with confidence. I recommend this VRBO for the Gilbert area and I put it on the top of my list for future stays. Steve

Home away from home
The owner of the property responded quickly to all questions/comments/concerns. He was very helpful in guidance as to which direction certain places were. Centrally located in town. The house was very clean and solid bones. Very quiet neighborhood. The house has basic things needed to stay for a short or long term. The rental price was reasonable as well. King size bed in master with large master bath, queen in 2nd room, double bed in 3rd room and a blow up mattress for two. Oh the backyard has a tall privacy fence, nice size backyard, bbq grill. The backyard covered patio has table and chairs to sit at with a twirling fan above...perfect for sitting and playing cards. We highly recommend renting this house! Just take good care of it and the furnishings so others may enjoy and experience the same homey atmosphere!!!

The house was very nice. Location was great. Having the use of the clubhouse and all of its facilities was especially good. Actually the main reason we chose this property to rent. Two constructive criticisms. My wife and I are both good cooks. For us the kitchen could have been better equipped. More pots and pans, more dishes and silverware. We left the house for 2 nights. I unintentionally left the heat on because we had some very cool overnight outside temperatures. Received a text from the owner who told me he heard the heating system running so he went in the house and turned it off. We DIDN’T appreciate the owner entering the house when we weren’t there. It was not an emergency situation. We paid the rent which included HVAC.
