Terrible start. Wrong lock box code, so couldn't get in for a while. Thermostat locked at 61°, so had to wear my winter coat in the house for 3 days. Vacasa was useless to this point. Saved by a neighbor who had the owners phone number so I could call her directly. Owner helped me unlock the thermostat security code. Owner fired the Vacasa rep and got a new rep who was very prompt. Oven didn't work, so the stove was repaired, still didn't work so was replaced. Couldn't get a rec card to participate in any activities until the owner wrote and sent me a signed lease agreement. Things got better after that.
