Great, easy stay
We had a great time here! Elmer communicated ahead of time with details of our arrival and the property. We had plenty of space and anything we would need for our stay. Great for a casual weekend away.

Awesome Condo
The condo was extremely clean and had everything we needed. The linens were awesome and the beds/pillows were excellent. The property amenities were amazing and the location was perfect. Definitely a place I would stay at again.

Mesa Get Away
Had a great Vacation in Mesa April 14 -19 Stayed 5 nights in Elmer's Condo. It was beautiful, clean and very accommodating, had everything we needed. Elmer was quick to reply when needed. Unit faces ball park and football field. Would stay again when back!

Coyote Landing AKA Parkwood Ranch
The name of the Condo is Coyote Landing not Parkwood Ranch as VBRO has it listed. Google maps does not direct you to the front gate of the property when listed as Parkwood Ranch. The host gave us incorrect code for the front gate which prompted a phone call to get correct information. More details about keys for the pool gate & Wi-Fi is needed for the traveler. We had to ask other guests how to get in and out of the pool and contact the host for the information on the Wi-Fi. The condo itself is very clean, comfortable and is stocked with everything you need for your stay.

Phoenix getaway for soccer tournament
My daughter had a soccer tournament at legacy park in Mesa and staying at the condo was much better than a hotel. Location was perfect and allowed easy access to the surrounding area and Phoenix in general. Would recommend this location to anyone.

Loved my stay with Elmer
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this condo. The place was impeccably clean and well stocked. The host thought of every little thing a guest might need. I did not want for anything. Furniture is new and clean and the bed was very comfortable. The host Elmer, contacted me promptly on all communications. Entry was seamless and parking was 30 feet from the apartment. The location is very quiet and conveniently located to all highways, shopping, and hiking trails. I will definitely stay here again.

Perfect East Mesa Getaway
We loved the condo!!! It couldn’t have been more perfect; clean, modern, well stocked with everything, great location and easy access to freeways. Property manager was always available via text if we needed anything.

Lovely condo in a great area.
We rented this condo January and February, 2023 and thoroughly enjoyed our visit. The property was exactly as advertised and was very comfortable. A plus for me was the on-site fitness center. The owner, Elmer, was the very best landlord we have encountered in many years of renting. My husband and I so enjoyed and appreciated his hospitality. I would highly recommend this VRBO rental.

Everything we needed and more
This condo was perfect for us while we were visiting family friends. The location was great, the split layout was fantastic, and there was plenty of room for us. We appreciated the cleanliness of the condo. Just opening the fridge and freezer to empty and clean made us feel like the place was well taken care of. We also noticed plenty of quality additions at every turn. We travelled with kids and didn't feel like we had to walk on tiptoes to avoid damaging the place because the appliances and finishes were well made. We appreciated all of the well thought out touches.

Perfect spot to unwind
This property was the perfect place to relax after long days of baseball. The pools were great and the condo itself was exactly as listed. Very clean, it was like we were at home. I’ll definitely be rebooking with them when we have trips to Phoenix.

Superstition Springs condo
This property is beautiful, quiet and very convenient restaurants, grocery stores and many other restaurants. The owner is very responsive and helpful with questions. This is a gated community and parking was close to the condo. Absolutely loved staying at this condo and will stay again. I have stayed at quite a few VRBO‘s and this one is definitely one of the top places I have stayed at. Highly recommend it!
