Beautiful house, great location
The house was in a great location, close to West World for the Barrett Jackson Car Auction. The house was well stocked with everything we needed. It was clean and beautiful. Communication was with Vascasa, I would have perferred speaking to the actual owner. The person from Vascasa couldn't answer my question immediately, I didn't get a answer until the next day. .

Beautiful outdoor space
Our family of 6 adults were in town for a wedding at Desert Foothills. Less than 15 mn drive to venue. The backyard had several spaces to hang out. We enjoyed lounging by the pool, watching the game in the afternoon on outdoor patio and staying warm by fire table in the evening. Plenty of indoor space and comfortable beds to accommodate our group.

Great house!
We had a great long weekend away. Prior to the trip I had reached out asking if pool floats and pool towels were provided and was told no. We got there and both were provided, which is great but we had to bring an extra suitcase to bring those items along. Not using this as a complaint but a heads up for others renting the home. The home itself was very well furnished and equipped for our stay. Also, the neighborhood is very nice and felt safe going for walks with my family. Would definitely recommend to anyone!

Perfect Scottsdale Oasis
Well appointed property with a lot of amenities. Very easy access to property. Quiet neighborhood with easy access to everything in Scottsdale. Pool, pizza oven, outdoor TV, and putting green great. Nice beach towels and chaise lounges. Really well appointed kitchen with all we needed. Would highly recommend and visit again.

Everything was good other then two small things. There was an area for the waterfall to run on the
Everything was pretty good! Two areas that were of concern is the waterfall was not on at he pool and it did have an area for it. The air was not able to be adjusted. It was extremely hot in the house at night for sleeping it was set at 75 and was not able to be adjusted.

Nice house, poor communication and unresponsive management.
To give some credit first. This was a nice house. It was clean and had good amenities. This house is managed by vacasa. Prior to leaving for my trip I asked for (and paid for) the pool to be heated, which come to find out, must be done remotely by owner. It was not running when I arrived Thursday. They sent someone out to look at the pool on Saturday who said he couldnt do anything about it. It took until the next Wednesday for the heater to be turned on and unfortunately never heated up to a usable temperature. I called/texted vacasa every day and it would sometimes take over an hour for someone to respond. One of the propane tanks for the grill was empty and I asked what the procedure was for refilling, whether I could do it and be reimbursed or if they sent someone to refill. I never received an answer. The air-conditioner had a lock at 75 degrees for cool setting. I asked about how to get that changed as well as it was a wi-fi thermostat. Again, no answer and it was never unlocked the entire trip. The communication from Vacasa was atrocious. I spoke to managers who told me they would call back without any return calls. If the owner of the house reads this: give the management company the ability to make adjustments to your house. I payed a premium for a heated pool for my vacation and was never able to use it. Vacasa did try to reimburse me for 7 days of pool heat, but they actually only refunded 6 days. I won’t be using Vacasa again.

Family vacation
This was a great house in a very nice and quiet neighborhood. The location was central and easy to get around. Just a couple minutes from lots of shopping and Barrett Jackson. Lots of outside area and activities. Definitely would recommend

Fall fun in the sun
The interior was spotless and beautifully furnished and decorated, very comfortable beds, fully equipped kitchen, and LOVED the huge couch! Outside was well appointed with multiple seating areas, pizza oven, air hockey and TV. Excellent location, close to stores, restaurants and golf courses. Only problem was the pool wasn’t heated and the water was too cold to swim. The house instructions said you could arrange to have it heated for $85/day, which seemed high and for the price, should have been included. Didn’t remember seeing that listed in the description. However, we would definitely recommend and stay there again!

Girls Getaway
This home was beautiful inside & out! So much room inside for the 5 of us to gather & hang out. The patio & pool area provided so many options for the things we love to do! The huge kitchen was great fixing big breakfasts. Bedrooms were comfortable & had ceiling fans. If travelers need a comfortable location, this is it! Fire table, 2 different places to eat & lots of conversation areas. We would love to stay here again! There were plenty of towels & nice to have laundry available. We could have used a bag of ice in the freezer, Kleenex & more toilet paper.

Oasis with limits
We entered our home to clean amenities, sharp design, and a pleasant home feel. The layout is simple and sweet; a nice retreat in the Arizona desert. Unfortunately, our indoor delight was diminished upon visiting the backyard. While large and inviting, at first, we noted very aged patio furniture, taped together with black electrical tape, worn cushions beaten down from the heat and sun and the pool filter not working correctly. We called for assistance that responded the following afternoon from VACASA. While polite and friendly, he could not do much to alleviate the obstacles of the outdated filter. This trip was intended to be spent in the backyard, so it was heartbreaking that the backyard lacked so much TLC.

Family reunion
Wonderful location for us in Scottsdale. The home and outdoor areas was spacious and gave 8 adults lots of room to relax, gather and enjoy the pool, patio and putting green. Neighborhood is quiet. Beds comfortable including the sofa sleeper in the living room. We will return if we ever get back to the area. Highly recommended home.

Slow internet
The house was great. TV was confusing and the internet was a little slow. Netflix was almost unwatchable due to that. Suggestion: For future use it would be nice to have a list of restaurants and places to see in the surrounding area.

Our family came for a wedding and really enjoyed the home. Pool needed to be cleaned/filtered before we could jump in. Need to upgrade TP😉 Costco has a good brand Beautiful, quiet and met our expectations!! Thank you for replacing Keurig so quickly!!!

Great property in a great location, property manager only opportunity for improvement.
Great property and location. Terrific indoor and outdoor space, with great proximity to hiking and a variety of other activities. Really nice pool and neighbourhood. Only challenge was with property manager responsiveness, but otherwise good.

VACASA Gets an F
Home was advertised "With Private Heated Pool", but the pool was not heated. Trash was not removed when we checked in and was not removed during our 3 day stay in spite of our messages to VACASA. Other issues as well with electrical, appliances, etc.

Great house but make sure that the pool gets heated
The house was great: spacious, clean, comfortable, and well equipped. The outdoor space is the main reason why we chose this house. We were able to enjoy it for my husband's 50th birthday party, but the pool wasn't heated as we requested and paid for. We were able to get a refund for that lack of service, but we were still able to enjoy the lovely pool only one day out of 5. Overall we really enjoyed our stay at this house and we would recommend it for families and large groups.
