Esta casa de Peoria tiene una gran piscina privada. Las 3 habitaciones de arriba tienen camas queen size. El loft tiene un sofá cama Queen con colchón de espuma viscoelástica. El conveniente dormitorio principal en el primer piso tiene una cama king size y suficiente espacio en el piso para la cama queen size AreoBed para los niños. También hay un Pack n Play que se adapta a cualquier habitación.

El salón es un gran lugar para disfrutar de un momento tranquilo. El sofá es una segunda cama queen con colchón de espuma viscoelástica. La mesa del comedor tiene capacidad para 8 personas. Incluso hay una silla alta para uno pequeño.

La espaciosa cocina está equipada con un horno doble, mucho espacio en el mostrador y una barra de desayuno para 3 y asientos para 6 en la mesa con vista a la piscina. Con la sala familiar adyacente con un televisor de 55 pulgadas y la piscina justo afuera de la puerta, este será el lugar de reunión.

Junto a la piscina puede tomar el sol en las tumbonas o jugar en la piscina climatizada en invierno. Si el sol es demasiado, puede retirarse a la sombra del dosel o al área del patio de 23 pies con una mesa de pizarra y mecedoras para 6. Una parrilla de gas y un refrigerador grande mantienen la diversión junto a la piscina.

En días fríos o lluviosos ocasionales, hay DVD y juegos para todas las edades.

Ubicado cerca del circuito 101, este es un lugar ideal si sus vacaciones incluyen golf, entrenamiento de primavera, fútbol, eventos deportivos, senderismo o compras, la mayoría en 20 minutos. En 3 horas o menos, podría hacer una excursión de un día a Tucson, Yuma, Sedona o Flagstaff. El Gran Cañón está a poco más de 3 horas en coche.

Great house with lots of room
My two sisters and mom and I stayed here to visit with my brother who lives nearby. It was perfectly set up for us. Everything was clean and the kitchen was lovely. The neighborhood felt safe and we would stay here again. Thank you for the good communication Joan!

Beautiful home! Exactly as described. Well appointed with everything you need and clean. Perfect for 2 families with a wide range of ages!! Kitchen, towels, extra pillows, pool toys! Has it all. The pool was so warm and perfect for the 115 degree weather. House stayed nice and cool. Only critiques - Upstairs TVs need Roku or something as the cable or DirecTV was terrible. And all the programs seemed to be really really old reruns? Lol Front door code was tricky for us for some reason but owner always very prompt which is more than I could ever expect. I'm sure it was our error. Owner was very accommodating! Beautiful relaxing 4 night vacation! Wish it had been for a month!

Christmas Family Getaway
My sisters and our families stayed here and it was the perfect house. It was a great location and the house itself was perfect for our group of 9. Plenty of room for three families to stay together. The kitchen, in regards to appliances both big and small, had everything we needed. The pool and outside area were perfect. It was December and we still had a couple of the kids get in the pool for a little bit. The host was very helpful with answering any questions. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Perfect house, great location
I picked this house for or annual guys golf vacation. Great choice. Well equipped kitchen. Very clean and the pool was perfect to swim in after a day of golf. This house is located close to any kind of store you need. Joan was quick to respond to any questions that I doled out. We will definitely stay here again!

Golfing vacation
The overall house was very nice able to relax in the pool and barbecue out on the patio. House was clean except I would have the master bathroom shower cleaned around the floor tiles removing the mildew and on the top inside edge when you step into the shower. Location was great the guest book with list of instruction when arriving and exiting was very good with the check list you needed to fill out which helped to insure you left the house in a very nice condition and secure. We are already planning our next golfing trip in 2024. See you then.

Perfect Peoria home close to EVERYTHING
Our group was in Peoria for a baseball tournament at Peoria Sports Complex. This house is minutes from the fields, mall, restaurants, grocery, anything and everything! The house is in immaculate condition, pool and yard are perfect for all to enjoy, beds were comfortable, plenty of room for our party of 10 to enjoy time together but also to get some solidarity if wanted. Host was easy to connect with and always helpful when needed (which wasn't much). We would LOVE to stay here again!

The perfect home
I can't express just how perfect this home was for our group. The home is comfortable and clean. Everyone slept good each night in comfortable beds. Plenty of extra blankets to use while watching TV. The pool was perfect and so clean. The boys loved playing volleyball and cooling off after spending all day at the baseball fields. The neighbors were very friendly and the 3 car garage and driveway made things so easy for all of us. Joan is the best and was always easy to contact with any questions leading up to our stay and even during. We loved their home and have already planned another stay there in July. The home has everything you need. The pantry was full of stuff so we kept the food we bought out on the large counter top. The refrigerator door is full of condiments which limits space. But we just brought one of the large ice chests from the garage and kept bottled water on ice on the floor in the kitchen. We also didn't want to leave what we bought so we asked the neighbors if they wanted stuff instead of throwing it away and they were thrilled to take unopened frozen food and drinks. We look forward to our trip in July and highly recommend this home to others. Location is perfect and we loved just staying in and cooking meals and relaxing in such a comfortable, cozy, beautiful home that easily accommodated all of us. Thank you Joan for allowing us to feel so comfortable in your home.
