5br Gorgeous / 3 cuarto de baño completo 2,500 pies cuadrados casa con muebles de lujo en sala formal. Cocina gourmet con electrodomésticos de alta gama que incluye. Hermosas encimeras de granito. máquina keurig agradable y además una máquina de café regular también. Familia / sala de televisión con DVR para que pueda grabar programas. Hay 2 agradables camas trineo King, 2 camas trineo Queen y 2 camas individuales. Capacidad para 10 personas cómodamente! comedor formal tiene una notable mesa de travertino con capacidad para 6 y 8 tal vez.

Pool Heat es (opcional) un cargo extra de $ 25 por día. El calor de la piscina está disponible solo para octubre, noviembre, febrero y marzo. No está incluido en su cotización vrbo. Voy a tratar de calentar el agua a 80 grados. Tengo una bomba de calor y no funcionan muy bien en diciembre y enero, así que NO calientan en diciembre y enero.

Me & my cousins stayed here, it was centrally located near everything, food, casino & West Valley event center, where we attended AZ Jazz Festival. The pool was clean, plenty of sitting area and property overall was great. Family ready to book again for next event.

The home was very comfortable, not too big that everyone was spread out but quite adequate for family gatherings. Pool and spa were clean and the perfect temperature. We would definitely stay here again!

Checked all the boxes!
Fabulous stay! Everyone in our group loved this house and was sad to leave it to continue our trip in a different part of AZ. Everyone talked nonstop about how incredible this house was the rest of the trip! We made day trips to the Phoenix science center, Camelback Mtn and Lego discovery and Aquarium, which were all within reach. This place is now the high high bar my children have for vacation homes! The pool was heated and comfortable, which was by far everyone’s favorite part!!

A little Sad
The host was really good to work with, the pool, hot tub and towels on the residence were good however, the house inside and out needs cleaning, updating and just a whole over haul. There were many appliances and furniture indoor and outdoor that need to be DISCARDED and replaced. There was just too much unnecessary clutter in this home. There was not much attention to detail on this property, old food in the fridge and cupboards, no proper kitchen linen and the house was very dark with most lights needing new bulbs. This is very unfortunate as the house has very good potential to be a great rental.

Great house-needs a deep cleaning
The house was great! Very beautiful home. The up keep, tidiness, and cleanliness lacked. House was very dusty, toilets were dirty, kitchen was dirty, cabinets were filthy inside and out, bugs in cabinets and bowls. Oven was extremely dirty. Bella are you ready for me to do your hair anything else you need to get ready? I was like before we left my bracelets in my Bible bag you know them. I went to the store to buy cleaning supplies to clean before I could cook anything. Lots of personal items still in home/cabinets.

What a fun place to stay!
We were a mixed group of friends and family on an extended stay around a gymnastics tournament for my granddaughter. The house was perfect to handle our large group. There were so many places to go with enough of everything needed: pool toys, pool lounges, chairs around fire pit, outside or inside eating, games galore, tv recliners (4!) + other seating for when the game was on! And the pool was a big hit and large and deep enough for everyone playing pool basketball. The hot tub was perfect as the night cooled. The cornhole game was a hit also. Part of the family had planned on leaving to go explore up to Sedona but was having so much fun they decided to stay and enjoy the house's many amenities. Lastly, there was just about every spice and condiment you could think of already there and a large kitchen made for group cooking. The only suggestion for users is the downstairs back bedroom can hear plumbing from bathroom so put someone in there who is deaf, like me, or sleeps deep or don't flush during the night. Altogether great house with every amenity.

Great property needs tlc
The house and Ammenities worked out well. I felt like this is a lived in home and they rent it out. The beds looked like they were slept in. When looking in the linen closet everything was shoved in there and rolled in a ball. Hence the wrinkled beds. Oven was dirty and needed to be cleaned. Bathroom tub had moldy grout. Just didn't feel clean. It's a great house with a great pool area. Just need a little tlc

Disappointed
Check in was easy, plenty of room for our group, hot tub was clean and ready BUT the pool and outside living area was dirty with debris. The master bd bed cover has obvious stain on it, bath mats were not clean. When I spoke with the owner, he said outside was dirty from high winds. I anticipated he would try to get everything clean ASAP! There is broken blinds in kitchen and dining areas.

Perfect Girls Getaway
We had a blast at this property, we had 9 women celebrating a "60th" party weekend. We utilized the hot tub and grill. Enough bedrooms and bathrooms to accommodate all of us!

Highly recommend. Beautiful house and neighborhood. Great golf (Falcon Dunes). Fantastic UTV riding through the desert and a great football game. I’ve been doing this for 15yrs. This is the first time that I met the owner Steve. Great host and an excellent guy.

Fun Stay
The pool and backyard are as advertised. With 9 feet in depth, the pool was ideal for our kids (ages 9-13). We spent every afternoon in the pool and hot tub. The backyard games were fun and we loved lounging, reading and napping on the variety of patio furniture. There were plenty of pool toys and floaties, so there is no need to bring your own. The beds were comfortable and the house provided plenty of sitting, eating, and sleeping space for our family of 9. The kitchen comes equipped with basic cooking utensils, but could use a griddle and more than one cookie sheet. The grill was the cleanest I've ever seen with any of our rentals. We ate most of our meals in rather than going out, though there are a variety of restaurants, golf courses and things to do within a 30 minute drive. The neighborhood was exceptionally quiet and felt very safe. There is a lot of stuff in the house that made it feel a little cluttered and closed in. The place must be a beast to dust with all of the knick knacks and over abundance of furniture, but it wasn't dusty. The bathrooms and countertops were clean. That said, the walls were sticky and had smears here and there. There were occasional crusties along the bannister and kitchen cabinets that come from renters that care less about the place they're renting than their own house. To be clear, the house isn't dirty, but the walls and cabinets could use a scrubbing. It is apparent that there is a monumental effort to keep the place clean, but at least some of that effort is largely used up on the vast amount of useless "stuff." Hence the four stars. All of that said, we came for the pool area and the backyard where we spent virtually all of our time. That area is the jewel of the property.
