If you like the run around and being inconvenienced, this property management company is for you!
I stayed at the Alhambra house in Phoenix Arizona and will visit Phoenix again, but I will never book with Good night stay ever again. Heres a summary of my experience with them, which for the most part, was not hassle free and welcoming as they often spoke about in communications and other advertisements:
1. CHECKIN LINK WAS NOT WORKING
I received the text and email confirmation that checkin would be available promptly at 4pm, where I could go to the link in the app to check in. From 4pm and through 4:13pm, the link did not work and I received a message that “it’s too early to checkin”. I did call and speak with someone who told me that the link is “sometimes not activated and they have to do something on their end”, but after that it was working. This was not all bad, because they addressed the issue promptly, but it was not seamless. Peace of mind to me means that all the things they say they pride themselves on around customer service, are actually true, but the anxiety of wondering if someone dropped the ball and I’m going to be inconvenienced, was too much for day 1.
2. I paid for a heated pool with this reservation and when I got to the home, inside and around the pool area was very dirty. There was so much dirt, leaves, debris and animal feces, that it was clear that Good night stay did not clean it before we got there. On 4/25 at 8:18pm, I texted them to ask if someone was coming to clean the pool and Rhea responded and asked if I could send pictures so they cou
