The accomodation was beautiful, clean and spacious. The listing needs updated instructions re the pool use. The property mgt was rude and difficult to work with. The pool needs refurbishing but still enjoyable. Wonderful, relaxing stay!!

Scottsdale Golf Trip - 2025
The house was perfect for our stay, however there were a couple of things that I thought could be better. 1. The air conditioning system needs to be balanced. In order to get the whole house cooled we needed to lower the temperature. This resulted in one half being too cool and the other half not cool enough. 2. The pool cover is in poor condition and should be upgraded. It was not in place when we arrived and it appeared that it had not been used in some time.

Great Property...
Everything was just as described. Very clean and well organized, with many amenities and extras. Located in a great neighborhood with beautiful views. We have stayed in rental properties from Florida to California and the state of Washington, this is one of the nicest houses we have ever rented - and the pool is heated. We highly recommend staying here.

The property was one of the cleanest we had over the years. Clean coffee pot and clean/nice smelling sheets. Appliances are also well maintained. Great views and quiet neighborhood.

Attentive responsive hosts! Breathtaking views from the front patio! Everything we needed for our stay was at our fingertips! Plenty of linens and well equipped kitchen. We enjoyed the pool! The outdoor space is a vibe! The master bathroom is absolutely beautiful! The master bed is comfy. I cannot wait to come back! By far one of the best VRBO’s we’ve ever stayed in.

Mayo Clinic Appointments
I had 5 days of appointments at the Mayo Clinic and this was an ideal place to stay. It was wonderful to come “home” after my appointments instead of returning to a hotel room. The house is a great place to stay and a very short drive to the clinic.

Lovely home in a beautiful location!
My friends and I stayed here for a weekend just to try and escape the heat and use the pool. It was perfect. Fountain hills is a great location and the house has pretty views from the front porch. In the evening we sat and watched a lightning show from the front living room and it was a spectacular view. The home has a gorgeous spacious kitchen and plenty of rooms. It has all the amenities you can think of and it was nice to have a garage to park the car in. Great place to stay!

Fantastic Property
This was an incredible place to stay! Everything was as listed, no issues with the check in process. We enjoyed the pool and relaxing in the cool air conditioning after golfing in the July heat. We would definitely stay here again!

Family vacation
Beautiful home with large play pool. Home was extremely clean, comfortable and everything we were looking for. Swam daily, kids pool toys were a plus for my grandkids. Kitchen had everything we needed including a nice selection of spices. Beds were super comfortable. Fountain Center has a nice kids play area with splash pad, restaurants and a nice lake surrounding the fountain. Would definitely rent again!
