Wonderful vacation home!
This home is the best, all-inclusive place we have ever stayed! Pool, massive kitchen, game room, pickle ball court, park…there’s just no need to go elsewhere during your stay (unless you want to discover the amazing hikes that are very close by!) The hosts are such wonderful people, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

Family AZ Trip
Our family totally enjoyed our stay! The pool, the play area and the house…. Just fantastic. The kitchen was well stocked as were the rooms with cribs for our little ones. We so enjoyed sitting in the outside area off the kitchen! We had plenty of room for our family get together! The hosts were wonderful to work with! Look forward to staying here again!

Five star week at this fabulous house!
Just spent 8 days at this amazing house, with our five adult kids and their spouses and our three grandsons. So much to do, so much space, and the hosts were very available and very responsive to any questions or the very small issues we had. Best stocked VRBO - cleaning supplies, toilet paper/trash bags for the full week, spices, amazing pantry with every kitchen item we could have needed. We highly recommend this property!

An Arizona Resort
The hosts were gracious, informative and attentive. I would highly recommend this property to anyone interested in a well laid out and thought out floor plan for accommodating a large group that includes married couples and children of all ages.The amenities are over the top. The grounds are similar to a five star resort. A 5-star hotel, services are offered proactively based on your expected needs and what the hotel perceives you might need. That is exactly the experience we had. I feel like the hosts supplied everything they thought we might need during our stay. We all had a great time and we look forward to coming again.

We had family in from all over the globe and with a crowd like that and the range of ages we found the perfect place for all of us to stay which was this VRBO rental. We had a few issues but were able to resolve them ourselves quickly and notified the owners for future reference. All in all the owners were very responsive and helpful throughout our visit. I would definitely like to try and make this an annual event with the family.

Girls weekend! Sisters, aunts, cousins. 26 of us!
Great property for a large group. 11 women, 15 girl age 7-19. 5 nights, no fighting or complaints from anyone! Pool and outdoor amenities kept everyone occupied. House large enough that everyone has enough space and really makes the trip enjoyable. Teenagers all slept in the outdoor bunkhouse, they loved having their own area to hang out in. Great hiking just down the road, sunsets were breathtaking. Owners attentive and quickly responded to any questions. Highly recommend!

Something for everyone
My family loved this rental. 4 generations and everyone found something to love. Pickleball tournaments, great playset for the young ones, swimming pool, spa and a lot of time spent around the firepit. The game room got a lot of use. It's a little thing, but the best pantry of any rental I've done in the last 12 years. Well stocked with cookware and serving pieces and easy to find what we needed. Multple regerators helped out w/the age old conflict of storing food vs beverages. Plenty of parking which can be an issue w/larger properties and numerous cars coming in from out of town. We were happy to be outside the city limits and close to hiking and golf. But one of the best things for me-The property owners were amazing to work with. I feel they really care about the families renting their home. Definitely 5 stars from this family!!!

90th Birthday celebration
Fantastic stay for all. We could not have asked for more activities. Very safe for little kids. We had a few very minor issues (as expected for such a large property) that Mark and Tammy quickly resolved. Of note if you plan on using the outdoor heaters and fireplaces and grills be sure to check your propane supply. It goes quickly, especially with the cool evenings. Tanks are easily exchanged at Walgreens just a mile or so away. We really enjoyed being outside in the evenings. Thanks so much Mark and Tammy. This is a great place.

We had a wonderful time. There were so many fun things to do on the property that the children were never bored. They had fun with their cousins. All ages found things that interested them. It's like a Mini Resort with Endless Activities!
This was the perfect place for our Teddy Bear Yorkies Retreat!! We didn't have any reason to plan activities anywhere else during our 4 day stay, because there was just so much to enjoy right there on the property. With 15 adults and 10 yorkies, there was a ton of space for everyone to run around, and no one ever felt like they were on top of each other. This place is safely confined with cement block fencing all the way around and there are fun surprises of things to see and do around every corner! Mark & Tammy communicated every step of the way, as we were planning, checking in, during our stay and checking out. They were quick to respond to any challenges or questions we had and that was so appreciated. We loved the pool with the waterfall and the covered play area. We felt welcomed, even with 10 doggies, and all the pups & their "pawrents" had an amazing time! Thank you Mark & Tammy for helping us make our very first Teddy Bear Yorkies Retreat so special and memorable! Puppy kisses from our pack to yours! xoxo
