Very convenient location, excellent neighborhood
This 2 bedroom house is a nice size and roomy. My 2 dogs and I had a nice week while I was in town for work. It's easy to walk the neighborhood or go to one of the nearby parks for exercise/recreation. The yard and doggie door were excellent for the pups while I was at the office. We will definitely stay here again!

Exactly what we needed!
This place was so cute and it’s pet friendly which is a God send considering my father will not go anywhere without his beloved mini schnauzer! The enclosed back yard was perfect for her to play in! The house is clean and has everything you need as far as kitchen supplies and linens. And the price is right! Way cheaper than most of the hotels in the area! The host was also very helpful and communicated well with us! I’d rent this place again in a heartbeat!

A little disappointed
It was a place to lay our heads while in town. Immediately the cleanliness was a thumbs down. Many areas of the house could’ve have been cleaned better. The kitchen stood out right away as not being very clean. We were never able to get the TV working and when I spoke to the property manager, I was basically told that I seemed very tech savvy and should be able to figure it out or call cox cable. They did call cox but the problem never got solved therefore no TV use. Thankfully I took my iPad. The beds we’re comfy but very noisy probably because they are kind of old. The backyard had lots of dried up dog poo and was not a yard my puppy could enjoy, and that was the big reason for going with this rental. Again it’s a place to lay your head to rest but was not very enjoyable after all. I read the reviews initially and did read some negative reviews but I thought maybe I’ll give them a chance and it’s not so bad. I guess that’s what I get for trying to give them a chance.

Great place for dogs
This was a cute little house with a nice backyard for my dogs. It is in a nice & safe neighborhood and close to shopping area. Also easy to get to and communication with host excellent. He even called the next day to make sure that I had everything I needed and got checked in ok. Would definitely stay there again.

Fantastic location!
Great location. Easy check-in. House is old so it’s in need of a few repairs and/or upgrades. Full kitchen, but if you want coffee, you will have to bring your own. No food supplies or condiments are provided in case you plan on cooking. Very comfy beds and the house was comfortably cool throughout. (Which is very important in AZ) Several things were broken or not working, but hopefully, they will be prepared soon. Cleanliness was not up to our standards, which made us a little uncomfortable. The big doggy door made our stay much more convenient. Backyard is “in transition” so the dead lawn was pretty rough on our feet & our dog’s paws. Owner is super nice & eager to please.

House is located in an area with lots of restaurants and shopping. Easy access to interstate to easily get to anywhere. Nothing fancy, but clean and had everything we needed. Owner was very easy to communicate with.

A cozy home in a prime location!
A clean cozy home in such a great location, being just a few blocks from the Chandler Mall there's lots to do and lots to see. The house was spotless and a great home base for your adventures around the Tempe/Phoenix area. I would definitely stay here again!

A good value for the price.
The property was great for my wife and I and our two small dogs. The fenced-in backyard was great for the dogs to get exercise. The house was sufficiently large to meet our needs. For the price, this house was a good value. We had some difficulty obtaining the information for access to the house. The owner/property manager is a very nice person but had some health issues which resulted in us not getting access for the first of the four nights we had reserved.

The location was great, just off Chandler Ave. where there is a lot of shopping and restaurants. The owner did respond quickly to problems with the shower and the toilet. The house could use some updating and the pictures online should be updated. Over all an adequate place.
