Alright to So-So
It was alright. We enjoyed the hot tub and pool deck. A few things that can be improved:The kitchen chairs need updated, they have white tape holding them together, which was a bit off-putting. And the floors need a good mopping. One of the bedrooms has a windowed door with no covering, so it was tough for my daughter to sleep there while others were in the living room/kitchen area.

We Really Enjoyed this Home
We would highly recommend this property! We thought there was going to be another couple staying with us, but it turned out to be just the 2 of us, so we had more room than we needed. The furniture and beds were comfortable (in fact, we want to get the same mattress!). The place was well equipped. I was esp happy to discover a milk frother! And bath robes! Strangely I couldn't find measuring spoons or cups though (maybe I missed them). The location was good, easy access to the attractions we wished to see. The backyard is very private, but the road behind the fence can be noisy. The house itself was very soundproof though. We enjoyed having a hottub, but did not use the pool. The best test of a rental is how well they handle problems, and when we had an issue with a drain, it was handled promptly and thoroughly. We ran into the cleaning staff when we arrived, and the woman in charge (sorry, forget her name) was so helpful and friendly.I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this for your stay in Mesa.

Mesa retreat
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The hot tub was a hit and the patio was used daily. Nice seating and dining areas. The kitchen was stocked with ever small appliance and utensil you need for preparing a meal. We had a couple of issues when we first arrived, but were quickly remedied by the rental staff!

Family Wedding
We were in town for a family wedding. This home was perfect for us and adult children. The pool and hot tub were very relaxing after long days with family. We had plenty of room. This home is perfect for vacations. We will definitely book it again.

Excellent home away home
We had a fantastic stay. The house was very clean and well equipped. There is everything you need. The beds are very comfortable and we slept very well. Our teenage girls really enjoyed having their own room where they felt at home. The pool is just fantastic, the whole family had a great time. We can only recommend the house and the hosts, the communication worked very well and we would love to come back.

Fantastic Pick
This Vrbo is located in the safest part of Mesa. Excellent location! The house is very spacious and totally loaded with everything you would ever need. ! I had to contact Owner once for a mail key, and was responded back in minutes. Also brought me key next morning. The back yard is spacious, large pool. It is not heated , but we found out you don’t swim till late afternoon and by then the pool was just a cool temp. Beautiful Kitchen , with everything you need to make a meal but the food! Beautiful neighborhood that you can walk your dogs around, and even meet a few neighbors! Wonderful Stay!

Awesome!
We have nothing but good to say about this property. We felt right at home the minute we walked through the door. Great communication with the host for our entire stay. Easy check in and out. The house had every thing we needed. The kitchen was well stocked for our all of cooking needs. The bathrooms had shampoo, conditioner, and shower gell if needed. Plenty of towels for all. Even towels to use for the pool and hot tub. The neighborhood was quiet. Parking was good. It was centrally located. Close to restaurants. Close to Sloan park for Spring Training games. It was too cold to use the pool but the hot tub was used a lot. Excellent stay and highly recommend!!!!!

Mesa getaway
My husband, 2 adult daughters, son in law, and niece stayed at this property for 3 nights over New Years weekend. The property was easy to find and in a quiet neighborhood. It was spacious and spotless. Communication with the property manager was great. I have to say this was one of the most well stocked VRBOs we’ve stayed at. The kitchen had everything you would need and then some. There was plenty of towels for bathrooms and pool/hot tub. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone going to Mesa and will surely stay here again!

There were 6 of us who stayed and we had a great time!! The open floor plan allowed us to be cooking while visiting with those in the living room. The kitchen was very well equipped. The house was clean and well stocked. The weather wasn’t great, but we used the hot tub a lot!!

The house and area is very pretty! We had an issue with hot tub and it was never cleaned and there scum and bacteria. We contacted host and they send someone to clean filter asap but we requested that hot tub be drained and cleaned and they someone out but still needs a deep cleaning and we decided not use so no one would get sick or rash. Hot tub needs to better maintain if adverse. The house was great and we had everything we need to make our family stay wonderful for Christmas in sunny Arizona.

The place was very nice. The electricity was out one night due to a neighborhood outage for an emergency and the property manager helped to get it back on within minutes. It was close to everything. Great experience. 👍

Nice Home, Filthy Pool/Hot Tub & Poor Customer Service
The home was as advertised, it is a nice home. BUT, it is also advertised with a pool and hot tub "relax by the amazing pool and Jacuzzi" as the listing described it. We arrived at the home and noticed immediately that the pool and jacuzzi has not been maintained whatsoever (lots of debris in the pool, black slime on the bottom of the pool, along with clumps of unidentified black growth in the jacuzzi. We immediately notified the property manager and they responded that they would call out the pool service right away (Saturday). On Sunday, I reached out to the property manager again and they said the pool service should have arrived and taken care of the problem (this did not occur). On Monday, I contacted the property manager again, they advised they would check into it right away and let us know. At this point all communication back from the Property Management Company (Bella Palazzo Luxury Collection) stopped and we never heard from them again, no follow-up, not anything. The pool and jacuzzi were never cleaned prior to our departure Tuesday. We will never rent a property again with Bella Palazzo Luxury Collection. SERIOUSLY DISAPPOINTED...

Great property
What a perfect place for our teen birthday getaway! The 2 teen girls played in the pool most of the time. One of the pool chairs broke and in no time we had 3 brand new ones sent by Marge. It was May and plenty hot so we were glad to have a covered area. We would definitely stay here again!

The home is in a nice neighborhood. Very cozy. Pretty. Although it tells you the name and number to call I never got to speak to an actual person. The dryer needs work. Kitchen is very well stocked. So are linens etc. Pool does not have a heater and should state that on the ad.

Great Stay except no heated pool
The property was great except there was confusion as we wanted a heated pool (and paid for that) but the property did not have a heated pool only hot tub. Bella was very responsive and offered either a credit or alternative properties that had a heated pool. I thought they handled the issue very professionally and was pleased that we had options.
