Family Gathering in Phoenix, Arizona
Wonderful house with lots of entertainment options for 'kids' of all ages. We were a party of 14 comprising four families from all corners of the United States. The house had plenty of space, bedrooms, bathrooms - all adequately stocked, and kitchen supplies to cater to our needs. The backyard was very spacious and the heated pool, hot tub, astro-turf play area were all super hits. The house is on a nice quiet street, yet very close to groceries, department stores, and eating out.options are also plentiful. Rob and Sharon were prompt, very accommodating and easy to communicate with.

Fabulous house. Had everything and more than advertised. Best equipped kitchen I’ve ever experienced in a rental . We had things to do from dawn to dusk and had to force ourselves out to view the sites in Phoenix. would stay here again for sure.

Amazing Property - Multiple Stays and Never Disappoints
This property is top notch if you are looking to accommodate a large group. There is no shortage of things to do and everything is well thought out and up to date. Hosts are extremely hospitable and easy to deal with. We have stayed here multiple times and will not stay anywhere else in the Glendale/Westgate area other than here!

Home away from home!
One of the best VRBO homes we have ever stayed in over the last 10 years! Rob and Sharon were the most gracious host we have ever dealt with! They made us feel like family and were so easy to work with and made our stay amazing! The pool was perfect, the house was completely stocked and we appreciated how everything in the house was labeled! We hope to stay here again! This was the perfect location, close to Westgate and only took us 25 minutes during rush hour traffic to get to downtown Phoenix for a Diamondbacks baseball game! Absolutely amazing home! Thank you!

Absolutely Perfect

Best Vacation Ever!!!
This property truly has it all and the pictures do not do it justice! We went with a large group of friends, including children ages 1-8. They were more than entertained by the pool, bounce house, games room, and toys on the patio! This house was very well equipped with everything we needed – plenty of nice large towels for the pool, toiletries and other household necessities, and the kitchen was extremely well stocked. The added pool fence provided a great piece of mind with so many littles, while still allowing room for activities and access to the fire pit. The owners have put so many thoughtful touches throughout and were extremely responsive if we had questions. They also came out immediately to fix the one small “issue” (more of an inconvenience) we had. Having rented other VRBO properties, this was by far the one that felt most like home. I would definitely stay here again!

Our entire family came to Phoenix to celebrate two of our sons graduating from Grand Canyon University and I could not have imagined a better home to celebrate in! This home has it all! This was by far the best family vacation we have ever had and we truly did not want to leave this beautiful piece of paradise.

Excellent family getaway
We were looking for a nice, quiet place to gather the family together. This was perfect for all of us. We had our adult kids and our grandkids for 3 days under one roof and had plenty of room to relax and enjoy the sun. The house is so well equipped for a family that we hardly left the property. Rob, our host was very quick to communicate and help with any need we had. Would highly recommend!

As advertised but Exceeded expectations!!!
Rob and Sharon were amazing host! They were even able to provide our group an early check in. House was clean and fully stocked with all kitchen/house essentials. They even had purchased some snacks and drinks ready for us when we arrived. Pool was amazing and yard games galore. Great house!
We came to Arizona for the final four and this house was a perfect location to get to State Farm Stadium. The amenities were awesome - pickleball, table tennis, corn hole and of course the pool! The owners were easy to communicate with and very responsive. Definitely would stay again!

Family get together
The house was amazing. It had enough room for everyone. The pool and back yard were absolutely gorgeous. You could rent this beautiful home and never even need to go anywhere. It had everything. I Highly recommend this house. We will be getting this one agin next year. We had a blast in this home.

Spectacular Home for Mini-Reunion
The consistent overall 10 ratings given by previous tenants are well earned. We had a group of 6 Air Force veterans who hadn't seen each other as a group in 40 years. This house had everything we could ask for. In fact, we didn't even get to use all the amenities being offered. Every bedroom had a large bed, all the TVs were very large, and the kitchen had just about every appliance, pot, etc that one could use during their stay. The hostess is incredibly responsive and never seemed bothered by all the questions I asked. Even the check-out process was very simple! Also, plenty of parking, in a great neighborhood, and very close to numerous attractions (e.g. Surprise Stadium for Spring Training games). I could go on and on but the pictures for the listing speak for themselves. I wouldn't hesitate to book this house again on my next trip to the Phoenix area!

Fantastic Place to Stay!
We stayed at this property for our son's wedding weekend in Phoenix. It was amazing! They had everything we needed (ad more!) and were super accommodating! They came right out to fix one small issue we had and then allowed us to stay past our checkout time because we had a late flight. We would 100% stay here again!!

Amazing home and experience! Highly recommend!
We had a small group that wanted to be close to Camelback Ranch for spring training. Unfortunately it rained a lot but there was so much to do at the house we didn’t even mind! We played games and enjoyed the fire pit and grill. It’s close Westgate which has lots of options including the new Tiger Woods Pop Stroke. There’s lots of room and even a work station to print boarding passes or whatever. Great house and the hosts are wonderful. We would love to come back!
