Excellent House
The heated pool and hot tub were great. The gas fire pit was perfect to keep warm on those cool nights. The house was clean and had all the amenities you coul want. Our host was flexible for checking in and he kept in touch to be sure we were happy. A very professional operation.

I take my Team (of 22 years) on a Winter “Team Building” twice a year and this winter we did Scottsdale which we will do again next year! The City was fantastic and the shopping excellent! The best was dinner at Course Resturant Which was absolutely fantastic and I highly recommend it!! Thank you for a lovely time!!

Perfect Place to Stay
We stayed in the house for Thanksgiving week and enjoyed the location, the pool and the hot tub. Neighborhood is very quiet and close to many locations. Colin was available when I had questions about the house and was very responsive. We have stayed in many VRBO’s and this was one of the best!

Perfect Family Trip
My family stayed at this home for a week in November and it was perfect. The house had everything we could have needed and the pool and hot tub were amazing and incredibly clean. Great backyard and outdoor sitting space as well, and the beds were very comfortable. Check in and out was a breeze, we didn’t have a single issue with our stay. Centrally located in Scottsdale and close to so many amenities we can’t wait to stay here again.

Easiest Rental Experience!
We truly enjoyed our stay at this home while in Scottsdale. An annual golf trip, we always prefer a home rental to a resort or hotel so we can maximize our time with family. We did have a few general questions and a concern shortly after check in that were resolved promptly and with great communication from the owners. The kitchen was stocked with what we needed for our stay and gave us plenty of room to cook and to gather. The open air concept from the dining room out to the gorgeous patio and pool made the home feel even more spacious. The best surprise was hearing that there were NO checkout instructions or rules that needed to be followed as we were ready to fly home. The owners made our stay easy and we can't wait to rent from them again!

Relaxing business trip
This trip was specifically for business purposes. I was in search of a home in Scottsdale area with a pool to accommodate family during the stay and this trip exceeded our expectations. The house was very clean and updated. The pool and hot tub was relaxing after a long days of work and the property is near local shopping centers and entertainment. The property manager as well as the owner of the home is very accommodating and professional in making sure all needs are met during your stay.

Great House!
Location was perfect and close to everything we needed to get too. Pool was perfect along with the BBQ grill and fireplace. We spent most nights outside and this house has the outside dialed in. It's a great house to entertain or just hang out with family. We had our family of 4 and it suited us well. Beds were cozy and the living room space had a ton of room for everyone to do whatever they needed.

Great Spring Break Getaway!
Nice modern home in a quiet neighborhood. The layout is nice and open - including a garage door to let the outside in. There are 3 spacious bedrooms with comfortable beds and ample closet space. The pool and spa area was great - although the heater is quite loud. The host was very responsive when there were issues. We had a toddler with and it was nice that there was a pack and play on-site. There is also an infant bath tub. We also appreciated the easy check in and check out process!

Nice house in quiet and family-oriented neighborhood. Close to Old Town with plenty of restaurants and retail to visit. Weather didn’t suit use of beautiful outdoor space, spa, and pool.

Amazing experience!
The property manager was extremely friendly and very responsive. They ended up having an issue with the pool heater and she went above and beyond to resolve our issue in a timely manner! I will definitely try to stay here again or at least with this host.

Nice Pool, Good Location, Some Misses
Overall, the pool is great and the location is ideal - just 5/10 minutes from the Old City and a number of parks and other attractions a short distance away. However, for the price, the property comes short in a few areas - I typically see units at this price point come with a few items in the kitchen (e.g., condiments for burgers) and maybe an umbrella for the pool (since it gets to well over 100 degrees). Again, these are small items, which is why I said small misses. House is as pictured, a handful of items are banged up from use (obviously people don't take as good of care of other people's property). It's a nice house and yes, the pool is great. I would probably select something else if I came back to Scottsdale because at this price point there are a ton of options.
