“We enjoyed our stay here and would return. Were granted early check in but had already planned our trip around the 4pm check-in time so we weren't able to take advantage of that. Very sandy and shallow but I was able to get my Ranger 619 to the dock and secure it without getting in the water. Enough room to maneuver in the driveway with the boat trailer on. Great swimming area for kids, nice firepit, everything you'd need in the house including heat which unfortunately we ended up using...

“We had a wonderful stay in Phelps with our large group. Everyone loved the lake access, yard, hot tub, game room, and theatre. The Vacasa local staff were super responsive and helpful when we had a minor issue with a burnt-out light. We would love to come again!”

“Our group is 6 family members with 3 trucks and fishing boats. We had plenty of room for parking. Beautiful house with nice kitchen and sleeping accommodations. It’s close to several class A musky fishing lakes. We had tough weather but still had good success. We will definitely rent from Cody again. His customer service was excellent!”
