“El llamado hotel no cuenta con un espacio común para estar si llueve, como sucedió. Solo las habitaciones De Luxe son buenas. Las otras no deberían llamarse habitaciones. Muy frías y sin los elementos mínimos. El baño compartido roto y tapado. El hotel se lleva comisión por cada cosa que ofrece y es muy alta. La cocina. Fue no único bueno.”

“Lo mejor: -La ubicación en Thamel aunque en una esquina, en una bocacalle de Packnajol. -El hotel es bastante nuevo y moderno. -Personal amable. -Tienen servicio de transfer al aeropuerto (10 dolares por trayecto, más caro que el taxi pero más comodo). -Habitaciones grandes, con vistas al monkey temple y tienen ascensor. Lo peor: -El encargado del hotel intenta colocarte sus excursiones. Comentarios: -El desayuno es algo justo, pero es Asia. -La calle donde está el hotel es de tierra....

“The hotel is situated at a quiet alley. There is a security guard outside the alley so we felt safe even at night. Staff is friendly and helpful. But we have to complain about the airport pick up service. We reserved the airport pick up service at night. When the hotel driver picked us up, there was another guy helping us to move one of our suitcases to the car. We thought both this guy and the driver were from the hotel. After we loaded our suitcases to the car, the non driver guy requested...

“The biggest disappointment was the Resevation and Introduction note stated the the Airport transport was free. I was charged 1,500 R for the transport service.”

“A very good stay in Kathmandu! The staff is very helpful - and we felt very well treated by them during our visit. E.g. we had been on a morning Mountain flight, where they had given us a breakfast package. They also gave us breakfast when we got back from the flight. The rooms are comfy and the breakfast is fully OK - and with superb coffee. We definitely recommend this hotel!”

“Really nice hotel, fantastic staff. Very clean. Excellent breakfast with a good range of options. Good location and generally quiet at night. The rooms are quite light at night - there’s an odd “night light” that you can’t turn off (we covered it in pillows, it’s just by the door at ground level). You also aren’t allowed to bring in any food or drink from outside at all (like nothing) or the “hotel will fine you” which seemed a bit extreme. They do provide 2 bottles of water a day though which...
