Perfect Snowboarding Lodge
Just a quick weekend trip to Nubs with some friends and this lodge was perfect for it. The owner took great care of the place and when we accidentally locked ourselves out right before we got done checking out, he helped us back into the house. This place is a must stay for anyone hitting the slopes.

We loved the beautiful cottage; we have only good things to say about it; it was well appointed and clean; we saw beautiful sunsets. We are going to try to book a week in the summer but I can only imagine you are probably booked in the summer for years but I will be looking into it. Wonderful
We had 6 adults and 3 teens everyone fit perfectly with all the beds. Host has very thoughtful touches and supplies which is amazing because something is always forgotten by someone. Clean up list was reasonable and quick to complete. The host did not give unreasonable supply limits or requests. Great house with lots of charming touches and was very clean! Would absolutely book house and recomend the host. Wonderful stay!

Beautiful!
We had an amazing stay. The back porch is incredible and my boys loved to fish off the dock. The house is stocked with everything you could need. The owners really did think of everything. Very clean and comfortable beds.

Cute Cottage
It was my first time in Petoskey, it’s a beautiful town and the location of the cottage was perfect. Beautiful scenery, quiet and relaxing. The cottage was a little worn and not very clean. The carpets were stained and the back door screen was torn. But the location and scenery made up for it. Will definitely stay again.

Wonderful spot in the lake
The space was perfect for a group of us to enjoy a weekend of skiing at highlands/nubs. The house was well organized and had absolutely everything we needed. Great place to experience and view the frozen lake but I’m sure it’s even better in the summer.

Winter Weekend Stay
The house was spacious. We had 6 adults and there were plenty of beds and bathrooms. The beds were quite comfortable. Lots of games and books to keep you occupied. Plenty of linens, towels, etc. We had no children with us but saw plenty of child friendly amenities. It was a bit chilly to take advantage of the yard and lake but the view was stunning. It’s a great summer and winter spot. We had no issues during our stay so we did not need to reach out to the host. Check-In/out communication was very clear and simple.

Comfortable but odor problems
This is a nice house that was comfortable, except for the strong odor from the carpeting. It is stained and needs to be replaced. The stairs are steep and the upstairs bathroom is only accessible by entering the king bedroom--a bit awkward for sharing.

Sibling reunion at lakefront cottage
We enjoyed staying at the cottage for our sibling reunion. I would rate the cottage a 3.5. The home has lots of space with a front and back porch. It was nice to have a heater on the front porch. The cottage is well equipped and all essentials were labeled. We stayed here for 2 nights. We felt that attention to some basic maintenance issues could have made this a 5 star stay. Both porches were in need of paint, the rugs had noticeable stains, there was also a ceiling stain that needed attention. We were excited to use the piano as we are all musicians but the instrument had keys that didn’t work. It was very out of tune and difficult to play. We also were frustrated that there were no hand rails on the stairs leading up to the bedrooms. This was a safety concern for us. The manager left a book with information about the house and contact information but did not contact us during the stay. Overall, we enjoyed the location but felt that the property was in need of some repairs.

Lake visit
We had a short visit as we were there to walk the Mackinac bridge. The house was great with no issues. We enjoyed kayaking around the lake. We were surprised by the neighbors setting off fireworks on Labor Day but they were done by 10:00 so no worries. The only humorous hiccup was we couldn’t avoid the sprinkler at 5:15 AM when leaving for the bridge walk.

Perfect up north cabin
Cute cottage in a perfect location. The only downside was that the main floor was very cold, regardless if we turned on the electric heaters, so maybe turn up the controlled temp. Other than that is was great, with great accommodations for 3 couples. I’m sorry, we did forget to start the dishwasher.

Restore and Relax
This Cottage was indeed the perfect place to stay. As a past local of Harbor Springs, this cottage is centrally located between Harbor and Petoskey 10 min either direction not to mention the state park and beach. It was clean and the extra accommodations made by the owner .. like Bluetooth speaker, firepit, furnishing including linens, welcome basket of local goods, and high-quality toiletries were appreciated. My friend and I had a wonderful visit and enjoyed the solitude with a glass of wine by the lakeside firepit. We enjoyed the house so much that we ended up making dinner every night and just hanging out in the house. It was the best MOMCATION ..

Wonderful family place
This Hone was great. Very close to the water with an inviting sun porch and great area for a bonfire. The only caution I would have is we had to seniors who are not too stable in walking and there are a few steps to navigate the house. Would absolutely book here again

Lovely Lake House
My brothers and I stayed here for a fall golf getaway. The location is perfect. We fished and kayaked on the lake. Petoskey State Park is very close, and is beautiful. We had multiple golf courses to choose from within 30 minutes. The house is absolutely charming and accommodations were first class. Highly recommended!
