“We loved our stay at the converted barn! It was completely private and super quiet. The hot tub was great, and I have never seen so many stars in my life! The house was very beautiful and felt like a home, we loved taking a look at all the decor. By the time our trip was coming to an end, we were super sad... we never wanted to leave! I would definitely return to Lars' place!! ”

“We were a big group..16 adults and 7 children. The families with children were well situated with nearby or adjacent rooms. Everyone had comfortable rooms which afforded privacy and quiet times. Each room had its own beautiful newly renovated bathrooms ( with great water pressure). The living and dining rooms were large and comfortable. The dining table was a loooong table with benches all around which easily sat our crowd. The backyard was gorgeous with beautiful views of the distant mountains....

“We enjoyed our stay. It was a beautiful cottage on a very nice pond. We enjoyed kayaking, eating our meals on the deck overlooking the water, and enjoying a fire every night. It also was only a couple hours away from Fort Ticonderoga, so we enjoyed going there one day. ”

“Three of us had a great stay! The cottage was very clean and very well outfitted. It was clear that the hosts put a lot of thought into making sure guests would have everything they need. The space is bright and modern but still cozy, very nicely designed. The lake was a bit more of a walk than I had imagined it would be and there isn’t much of a sitting area by the lakefront but the lake itself is beautiful. Overall, a very nice cottage and lovely stay!”

“Do not stay here! I am an international traveler, backpacker, and am used to some rough accommodations, but this stay was truly awful. My friend and I booked the space for a weekend, despite reading the previous reviews, thinking it could not be that bad.
