“We had a great stay.The property is well presented and looked after. The guide we were sent before hand and the QR codes on the appliances made everything easy to use.We also made a lot of use of the section on what to do and where to eat. Some really good recommendations.Dunblane itself was nice and everyone was friendly. I had to attend a conference in Glasgow and the transportation and train service couldn’t have been easier ”

“This property cancelled on me 6 hrs before due to checkin. Left high & dry & ended up having to travel to another town after arrivng in Perth. I spent an hour on chats & phone trying to sort out & to find out why this happened. No resolve. Still showing as booked on Expedia App but host sent email to say no longer available when I enquired about checking in arrangements.Now await a refund. Very unhappy with experience ”

“Lots of extras. Had well stocked kitchen. Tea, coffee, sugar, milk supplied as well as cooking oil and much more. Also toiletries supplied in bathroom.Bed very comfortable.”

“The property was great, very comfortable for a family of 4. The area is lovely too - we went for a walk in the evening by the river and stopped by the Tayview pub for a drink with the locals. Great experience. Also, location is great. Only 20 minutes away from Perth, and easy drive to St. Andrews.”

“The location was excellent—within walking distance to the main area. However, parking was difficult, and the entrance to the property was in very poor condition. The backyard was not well maintained, and the rubbish lying around was disgusting.”
