Una propiedad espaciosa con 3 grandes salas de estar amplias para hasta 20 personas. El área de entretenimiento exterior con barbacoa y piscina espectacular. Cierre el garaje doble y mucho espacio de estacionamiento.

DUERME 15 CÓMODO
La propiedad está totalmente equipada con todo lo que necesita. Cómodas camas con sábanas y toallas de calidad de hotel. Solo traiga sus maletas y comida. A solo 15 minutos del aeropuerto, la ciudad, la playa, el casino y los impresionantes viñedos de Swan Valley.
Una luz espaciosa, magnífica y moderna propiedad impresionará a todos los que se queden. Duerme 15 en 6 habitaciones enormes con espacio de sobra.

I had high hopes for our stay at this property, but unfortunately, our experience was nothing short of a nightmare. First of all, we couldn't even get into the house upon arrival because the code provided was incorrect. We were left waiting outside for TWO HOURS trying to get the right information. After a long journey, this was the last thing we needed. When we finally got in, the issues only continued. The towels were cold and damp, giving us an immediate sense that the place had not been properly prepared for guests. The house itself was filthy—dust everywhere, unvacuumed floors, and grime in places that hadn’t seen a cleaning cloth in ages. To make matters worse, on the last day, I found a blinds cleaner tool under my pillow. It was covered in dust and dirt, and I can’t imagine how long it had been sitting there. This is not only unhygienic but also likely to make someone sick—especially when it was hidden where we were supposed to sleep! This experience was awful from start to finish, and I wouldn’t wish it on anyone. 1 star all around. I will be requesting a full refund as this was unacceptable in every way.

Good place but needs some work
The house itself is perfect for a big group and definitely matches photos but definitely needs some maintenance, some light fittings falling out, heating doesn’t work on one side of the house, hot water doesn’t last long considering it sleeps 15 people. When we arrived there was old food left in the fridge, wet smelly towels in the washing machine, showers weren’t clean.

Potential to be A1 accommodation
Accommodation was great for sleeping a large group, but did not accommodate for 11 adults. House did not quite present as shown on the website. Code on booking confirmation incorrect. On arriving could not get into lockbox, rang number on booking confirmation and got old manager, who suggested another code, which worked. Plumber was needed the first day due to main bathroom flooding, Manager responded promptly, although no contact when asked for correct WiFi password, so could not access. Details given on confirmation did not work. Cupboard doors didn’t close, horrible smell when entering the house (cat wee??), cleanliness was very satisfactory. The lockable carport could not be used due to it being used for storage, BBQ needed cleaning and pool not as inviting as it looked on the website, with the pool pump malfunctioning all night also, also the sighting of a rat on back patio. In saying this with some TLC and maintenance this accommodation could be A1. The beds were comfy, nice towels, very spacious for lots of people and plenty of ice.

Spacious house in a great location
Was happy to find a place that could comfortably accommodate a large group. The reservation was prompt and communication was fast and easy, no problems at all! Instructions to find the house and enter were easy to follow. The house had plenty of bedding and common spaces and considering the size of the place the property was well maintained and clean. The location was absolutely perfect for our needs! Close to shops, restaurants but the amenities also to cook and entertain without having the leave. The showers did overflow leaving the bathroom floor wet but after reading further reviews we learnt it was a wet style bathroom (?) and wasn’t a big deal (water dries) Overall a pleasant stay in an amazing house, would recommend! Thanks!

What a joke!
A few days before arrival check in details were sent and we're inform they had storms and water damage to the garage and one bedroom which have been locked. Arrival was early check in which was great due to flying into Perth. Arrived and noticed a new carpet smell. Then the issues stated - Not everyone had a bed due to one room being locked up, I inform the landlord via return email and received a comment to say that we had enough beds for the number of our party, but no concerns on configuration. No Local tv stations but everything else such as Netflix ok etc. Down stairs bedroom had a musty smell + had a drip sound all night every night, single toilet leaks water at basin, kitchen cabinets don't close properly, 2 Nangs underneath TV so it wasn't cleaned properly, ceiling cracked in the dining room adjacent to kitchen, clothes left on the outside line, dirty linen in the hamper draw from previous stay, rain one day and we had water drip from the ceiling in the dining room adjacent to kitchen which wet the carpet, no shower screen in main bathroom so had to mop after ever shower, oven kept tripping out and had to reset outside in electrical box a few times + oven door is broken, mould growth in two locations on ceiling in dining room adjacent to kitchen, looks like water in pockets on ceiling in dining room adjacent to kitchen. I have never in counted anything like this before. There was just to much to bother with ringing the landlord as nothing could have been done during our stay. Avoid this place. I would like some compensation by way of some sort of refund?

This property is absolutely beautiful spacious and in a lovely upper class location. We love the space and aesthetics. Shaun is an amazing host very accomodating with our dogs and my hectic schedule. Great house, but slightly misleading
Absolutely great experience, the house had everything we wanted and was brilliant. There was just photos of the same room with different furniture and setup making it seem like there were more rooms than there was. This was done for multiple rooms and was very dissapointing. Especially because we would have been happy with the way it was. Just didn't like that they were being misleading.

Weekend retreat
We rented this home to bring together all of our family to spend some time together a whole family unit. The house was spacious, rooms were perfect and the bathrooms were newly renovated. The only thing was the outdoor area was very dull as there was many lights outside that were not working. But all up the pool was the favourite and the beds were comfortable and the aircon was just what we all needed on the warm weekend.

Great location. Ideal place for a bbq.
This house is bloody huge, would easily sleep 15. kitchen and toilets and bedrooms were all in nice condition when we got there. pool was freezing but it was May. Had to change a few light globes as some weere blown but its understandable with how many light fittings there are. all round a good place for a large family or group of friends.

Looked very nice on add BUT.
When we opend the front door the alarm bells rang.The place was not clean, the floors not clean, pool full of paper rubbish and beer tops, fridge freezer not cleand could not open trays frozen, power point pulled out of wall live wires exposed, power switches exposed .Should get total refund.As when electron came he said if we had touched power point or switch we could have been electricuted. I took over 20 photos of issues. One would think due to the issues the management would have the decency to look at the photos i sent them and refund our money.

Disappointed - such a big house and could have been For the amount we along with a large cleaning fee - expected a lot more Had to do our own cleaning when got there It’s like someone had started but never finished - Lots of glass broken out the back which had to sweep up - no toilet paper in toilets - no tea towels or hand towels in bathroom - toilets seats were not stable - Netflix didn’t work House is nice and big, Beds were comforty but definitely needs a good clean and some work done to improve the tiredness of the house

Not As Advertised-Beware
This property was a complete let down. Had to pay to have it cleaned within a few hours of our arrival. Does not have 4 bathrooms as advertised. It has one bathroom and one en-suite, plus two WCs. Has 5 bedrooms and then beds in games room which is described as 6th bedroom. The games room has an unusable kitchen due to the mould in the cupboards. Beds broken and on the floor. We rented for 1 month and had to pay a second time for someone to come in and clean. We also had to pay to have bed linen changed during our 1 month stay. No spare bed linen provided. Power tripped and electrician was send. After 2 hours he managed to fix fault and said house was totally unsuitable for letting and he would be reporting it to his office. Lights were hanging from ceiling and a notice warmed us not to use the grill as power would trip. Also had to replace shower curtain as the one in main bathroom was disgusting and covered in mould. We were advised that a travel cot was provided but when we checked it was unusable and dangerous for 5 month old. A soft mattress was added as original was old and damaged. If baby had rolled over he would not have been able to roll back thus making this illegal. Baby slept in his stroller 1st night before we had to purchase a new one ourselves. This house cost us a substantial amount of money to rent and we would have left within 24 hours if we had not paid in advance. A warning too that rats are common in the area. Don’t leave any crumbs on the patio .... this was a mistake we made and it’s not nice to look out and find a rat outside. The patio table is propped up on bricks as the legs are missing. The paving around the pool is uneven causing one of the adults to trip and fall in whilst cleaning the leaves from it. Outcome of this fall - doctor visit and X-ray in case of broken toe. House sounded amazing and it was so disappointing! We left the house in great condition and cleaner than we found it.
