“My husband and I rented this property to stay at while we traveled to Ames to celebrate the holidays with family and attend an ISU football game. Our kids and grandson were coming in from KC and Idaho, so we needed a larger home with room for gathering and celebrating our own little Christmas as well. We were pleasantly surprised by The Cove and would recommend! Safe neighborhood, relaxing atmosphere and proximity to Ames, Ankeny and DM areas!”

“We flew in for a wedding in Boone and this place was a great place for the 12 of us. Four beds plus 3 air mattresses gave us all a comfy place to sleep. We had friends and more family over for dinner one night and were able to seat 16 at the 2 tables and kitchen bar top. All of us enjoyed amazing sunsets sitting on the couch around the fire pit on the back patio. We would definitely stay here again if we come back to this area! ”

“This was our first time booking a Vrbo and we were very satisfied. The owner of the property was very easy to communicate with and the price was very reasonable. Our only complaint was there was no lighting on the outside of the house so the driveway was very dark. We were traveling with elderly parents and the driveway was uneven so some lights outside would have be very helpful. We would definitely book again. ”

“I grew up in a small town not far from this beautiful rental in Adel. Right off of a main highway but secluded by country surroundings. Super clean and great furnishings. My Iowa classmates meet each year and this is our favorite place to stay. You can’t ask for nicer owners or better facilities. A 10+ all the way. We will be back next year!”
