“La calefacción no funcionaba, la tele tampoco hemos podido utilizarla por no saberla poner en marcha. Utensilios de la cocina tener más variedad y más nuevas. Tener mantas si tenenos frío, el mando del garaje no funciona muy bien. Pero por lo general bien.”

“We really enjoyed our stay at Lina’s apartment. She is such a kind and generous host and went out of her way to make our stay so lovely. The apartment is spacious, clean, well equipped, and has stunning views of Lake Como. Lina spent lots of time providing suggestions of things to do and how to get there. She printed off bus schedules for us and has a great information book that has ideas for places to visit and the ferry schedule. As Canadians, even though our Italian is not very good and her...

“Es hätte in der Beschreibung stehen sollen das man das Ferienhaus mit dem Auto nicht erreichen kann und das es doch einige Treppen gibt, größtenteils ohne Handläufe. Das war speziell für mich da ich nicht gut zu Fuß bin nicht lustig. Das Ferienhaus ist sehr schön eingerichtet und Charm. Im Bad müsste mal im Duschbereich was unternommen werden. Wenn man von von bemängelten Sachen absieht war es noch ein Schöner Aufenthalt”

“Location très bien placée. En retrait de la route, à 2 pas du lac, dans un coin tranquille mais pas isolé. Possible de faire ses courses et de manger au restaurant sans prendre la voiture. Le seul inconvénient est la présence de moustique. Cela doit être lié à la grande proximité du lac et le mois d'août. Nous recommandons.”

“Contact with host Julia is fast and convenient. Good instructions and tips. The house itself was not very spacey, but just good enough for 3 persons. Bedroom on the lowest level was good. The sleeping couch is in the living, it was a bit warm there. Shower is good. Kitchen is small. The garden, bbq unit and the swimming pool are at the highest levels. This gives a unique view on the lake. Very nice to be there. At night you can put on the lights. ”

“STUNNING VIEWS!!!! What an incredible property. Davide is so nice and helpful. Ferry to Como just steps away. Close to grocery store with everything you need. Como is absolutely walkable along the pathway with tons of shopping and restaurants. But honestly just sitting on the balcony with a glass of wine and taking in the expansive lake views and listening to the sounds on the water is all I needed to relax and have one of the best holidays of my life. Thank you SO much!”
