“Clean and close to beach”

“Check in was very easy. The house was clean and cozy, had everything you could need inside. Gorgeous view of the river from the Glass Florida room with a ton of outdoor seating options to enjoy it. Boat ramp was nearby and we made the short trip to the canal to tie up at the seawall, but with multiple boat ramp options you can stay trailered and visit a new one every day.We would stay here again for sure.”

He does not provide dryer for your wet clothes and you can not use chair outside the property because you are violating rules , the vacancy is for 6 and they only have one parking spot , you We have been spy all vacation by him through the cámaras he said we can not smoke outside the property, he also argue that we left one beer bottle on patio and said that we have to clean before leave and that is what we did we left the property clean and neat everything was super...

“Exceptional property! We truly had the most amazing stay. The property is so beautiful and clean. It has a ton of charm, and the view off the entire back of the home of the emerald green bay is unmatched!Between waking up to amazing sunrises, hearing the sound of the water, while enjoying the bay breeze and watching all of the dolphins swim by, it was one of the most serene and tranquil experiences. The pool and spa are brand new and we loved having options to swim in the pool, paddle board...

“We had so much fun at our stay at AMI. There were so many beautiful beach's (not crowded) and delicious restaurants. A great place to relax and watch sunrise and sunset.”

“Hands down, best VRBO stay for the beach. Easy communication, our host went above and beyond and communicated as often as we needed, before, during and after our stay. Accommodating is an understatement. Whatever local needs I had, he was quick to reply and offer suggestions. The location was great, beautiful private beach on siesta key. We Spent so much time at the beach, we didn’t get a chance to enjoy the pool. We would definitely stay here again. ”

“She thought of everything. Beach towels, beach cart, beach umbrella, beach chairs, pool floats and you're literally a 5 minute walk, from the beach. A very lovely place. Very clean. We brought our granddaughters, 8 and 15. Having the pool was super nice and they were in it a lot. We grilled out, a couple of nights, which is a nice option to have. Sat on the back porch and drank coffee, in the mornings. I have no complaints. AMI, is beautiful. We will definitely be back. ”
