"We've had a lovely stay at this villa. Best way I can describe it is as an authentic Italian experience well away from tourists and the beaten track. Easy to get to Rome though ( train from Zagarolo ) and we can recommend the Hydromania water park too, a 40 minute drive away. We spent most of our time relaxing and the pool was brilliant for our children and we hardly spent any time indoors. A big thanks to the owner PierPaolo and to Angelo the gardener."

"The apartment was very pleasant with plenty of space. Lots of nice little unexpected extras especially in the kitchen. Andrea was very helpful, informative and easily accessible/responsive on whatsapp. The town of Tivoli is beautiful with plenty interesting things to see and do. Trains and buses to Rome are plentiful but unfortunately the trains were not running during my stay while essential maintenance was carried out. I would happily return to this area again. It was very relaxing. Thank you"

"Beautiful old stone home with all the amenities. A fully stocked kitchen large enough for 6-8 to eat at the table. The views outside the windows are spectacular! Communication with the owner was fabulous! She always responded with any problems or questions. The caretakers Ivana and Luigi were very accommodating and helpful. "Our family made this beautiful property “home base” while visiting Rome. Views are tremendous. Hosts are very communicative and left us a wonderful welcome gift. "We loved staying here. It was walkable to dining , shopping and the main attractions. It was clean, the bed was comfy and the rooftop terrace was enjoyable. The best part was Giusy, the owner.
