The house had everything we needed (no running out first thing for toilet paper) Best of all was the Christmas tree and decorations. It really made it “home for the holiday.”The agent and owners were super communicative, let us know what and where’s promptly.I can’t thank them enough for the experience. “The accommodations were great for our family of 6. The house was clean and had everything we needed. The only issue we ran into was parking. We have a large 12 passenger van and while it fit in the driveway, our van was scratched by the tree branches. We also had a really hard time backing out of the driveway due to all of the cars parked on both sides of the street. So- if you have a larger/longer vehicle, be prepared for that. ”

“This property was just what we needed, there was 6 of us coming from Florida for a family funeral and we did not want hotel rooms. We wanted a place we could be comfortable and be able to socialize. The owners were very accommodating. The house was clean and had everything we needed and more. I highly recommend this place. We have to come back in June for a wedding. “We just had an absolutely wonderful weekend stay at the apartment at Sweet Brier Farm! It was quiet, relaxing, comfortable, and well-equipped. We met the adorable farm animals, went in the hot tub, and had two AMAZING homemade breakfasts in the main house. Helen and Keith were so kind and made sure we promptly had everything we needed! We will definitely be staying here again!!!”
