“400 year old building the room was very nice and clean and the staff was very helpful. The floors and stairs are a bit noisy (creaky) but it’s obviously going to be given the age of the building it’s quite stunning also has a nice courtyard and a safe carpark round the back. Overall fantastic weekend stay wouldn’t mind doing it again ”

“Wonderful to be able to stay in very comfortable, well maintained and spacious 17th Century accommodation. The Crown Hotel is the hub of the village. My room at the back overlooked the garden and rooftops so noise was minimal. Food was cooked to order, the included breakfast was marvellous with an excellent choice of hot and cold options including plant based ‘milks’.
