Fantastic
Such a great spot to stay. The host was so awesome. She gave us great ideas and recommendations, was there to answer all questions I had, and communicated great with us (a dryer had to be replaced before we arrived) Would definitely stay here again!!!

If you’re looking for a great location centrally located only a few steps or short drive to the beach this is your place. Very pleasant area, great condo! Highly recommended for anyone wanting a quiet great location.

Nice Rental Condo- Good location
The Condo was exactly as described on Vrbo. We were contacted in time with our code to access the condo. The condo was clean and well maintained. We did have some trouble understanding the lock on the door. We asked the owner/manager to change the code to one that was easier for us to remember. Within minutes the code was changed and this made it easier for us. We did notice that the hot water heater had a hard time keeping up with our hot water needs. The dishwasher made a very loud noise when operating. The clothes dryer took quite some time to dry a load of clothes. The air conditioning unit worked very well which was a blessing since it was very hot and humid during our weeks stay. The beds were comfortable. Overall, the stay was pleasant and comfortable.

We were celebrating my son’s 19th birthday, this location was absolutely perfect, Florabama, Orange Beach and Gulf Shores are all within a stones throw. I will definitely rebook and highly recommend this gem!!

Comfort & Convenience
Loved our stay here. There was only three of us, but plenty of room for more! The location was amazingly convenient and close to restaurants, the beach, and shops! We rarely drove, everything was in walking distance for us (or VERY close by!!). The owner was helpful in finding activities for us to do as a family and cheaper places to go! She was also very responsive! The beds were so comfortable and the condo looked/felt brand new! We loved it and will most definitely be back!!!!

The condom was clean and the perfect size for my family- wife, two younger kids, and two teens. The location was close to everything we needed to do incuding the beach, restaurants, the Naval museum, etc. We had a great time!

The place was great very very clean I would definitely stay here again. Amanda was the best she messaged me and always kept in touch giving us great information on where to eat and things to do in case of rain . Love that we could walk across the road to the beach or go to Johnson beach which we liked a lot . Paula pizza there in the complex was delicious! Ice cream was great , felt very safe in the complex as well. The shops there in the complex were reasonably price on there merchandise. We loved everything.

Awesome Property and Owner
The owner, Amanda, was amazing and the property was perfect! She was very accommodating and was always available when we needed help or had questions. The property was very clean and felt like a home away from home. The complex was warm, inviting and had a fun atmosphere. At night it was very calm and quiet. The kitchen had an abundance of appliances and all the dishes a family would need. There were also plenty of linens, including beach towels, for two bathrooms and the three bedrooms. Excellent for families and we would definitely stay here again!

Good central location
A very comfortable 2nd floor 3 br condo. ALL of the bedrooms plus the LR have TVs with cable. Wifi is super quick. Not on the beach, but in a good central location on Perdido Key, everything is nearby. Communication with the owner couldnt have been better, a very pleasant and helpful lady. We really enjoyed this one!

Great Stay
This apartment was a wonderful place to stay at Perdido Key. The beds were comfortable and the apartment was clean. It is in a shopping complex with restaurants and some other businesses, but we didn’t really notice much noise. The apartment isn’t right on the beach, and you can’t just go across the street to access the beach, but it isn’t far to the public access point (you can walk it if you want). Amanda was a great host. We had a slight problem figuring out how to get into the apartment, and she was really fast in responding. She also gave us great suggestions and information on things going on in the area during our visit.

Beach/Business Stay
This was a last minute booking for a business engagement in Orange Beach. Booking process was quick and efficient. Although tucked into a small mall complex, this place was clean as a pin and quiet as a mouse. It gave me easy access to the Perdido Key Resort where I had a convention as well as the Perdido Key Sports Bar (my favorite dive in the area). Had a slight issue with the lock (after going to the sports bar) but Amanda responded immediately and got me back inside where I was safe :)
