Listo para la diversión en el sol? Bienvenido a nuestra hermosa frente al golfo, condominio frente al mar en el pintoresco Perdido Key, FL. Este fabuloso 1 hab, 3ª unidad de suelo en la estación de Perdido Sun, puede alojar cómodamente hasta 4 personas!

No busque más, que ha encontrado su lugar ideal de playa para 1-4 personas. Este dormitorio de Piso en Perdido Key tiene capacidad para cuatro personas, con una cama tamaño king en el dormitorio, además de un tamaño queen,-cama plegable en la sala de estar. La unidad también cuenta con 1 baño y 1 aseo.

Relájese en su balcón privado y disfrutar de la hermosa vista del Golfo de México y la playa de arena blanca. Este condominio también cuenta con mejoras tales como electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable y encimeras de granito.

Relajarse en la piscina frente a la playa y disfrutar del calor del sol o buscar un poco de la cubierta en la piscina cubierta (climatizada en temporada). Las parrillas en el lugar de sala de fitness y la comunidad son otras dos instalaciones que complementarán sus vacaciones a la costa. Unit was nice and location is great. Dishes and cabinets were dirty. Floors seemed to not have been cleaned. TV’s were hard to use. No cable assessable. 1 channel in bedroom. Beach items were a great plus! 2 pools were awesome.

Review
Loved the layout of the space. There was a lot of mold in the bathroom showers that was not positive. The toilet paper was pretty ridiculous and the fact that you had to pay for additional toilet paper was ridiculous. We went and bought a decent toilet paper.

Great location
Great location and close to good restaurants. Parking lot not gated. Older building that needs some maintenance. Easy beach access. Pool/beach gates kept messing up. Our code to the condo did not work when we first arrived. Should have been communicated without having to call and request a new code but easy access for help. Condo was clean and well organized. Extra beach chairs on the patio was readily accessible. Overall nice place.

This condo is by far the best condo I've ever stayed in. Ground floor makes it so easy to get to the pools, beach, & hot tub. The owner Shelley is great, that is very important to me! The condo was clean and very cozy!! Five stars! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Location, location, location!!!
This condo has the best location of the whole complex! Both pools are right off the patio deck and the beach right past. The condo is spacious and comfy. Loved that there are restaurants and shopping right across the street. The location is just perfect!!! We were all so happy with this condo and our stay. Will definitely book again!

Overall, the condo was exactly as shown. Very functional. The beds were so comfortable. We ate breakfast and dinner on the patio every day it’s perfectly situated to view the gulf with no wind or sun. The management company was exceptional. Communication was frequent. Just checking on how we were doing. I would recommend this condo to anyone wanting to experience the Emerald Coast.

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!
Well the beach is gorgeous and that is what i came for but this unit on the ground floor in front of the pool (this review wont get submitted if i disclose the actual unit on the first floor) is disgusting. I took many pics of mold all over the ceiling, nasty, sticky patio that just needed to be pressure washed. Under the unit is a door that is for maintenence men, they leave it open and its disgusting, full of black mold or something. Some weird mold on refrigerator, cracked microwave. The kitchen has very little to cook or store food and whats there looks like it came from a garage sale. Very old. Coffee maker full of mildew/mold in it. The carpets are stained badly, huge rip in the curtain, doors and doorknobs disgusting. I made the mistake of opening the water heater closet, wow, has anyone seen this gunk? This place gets a little wipe down in between stays. When I informed Sea and Sky rentals about it, she just gave excuse after excuse. She said the salt from the ocean makes it moldy and we pressure wash it a few times a year. The inside?? Not buying the BS, oh and it's for sale!!!! For a hefty 550k you can get all this. I have stayed in many over the last 40 years and have never experienced this.

Great location.
We loved the location of the condo. 1st floor was perfect for getting to the pool & beach easily. There is mold on the living room ceiling which was a large concern for us. However, beds slept really nice and the rest of the condo was just the right fit for us.

Very easy access to the beach, but needs to be updated and deep cleaned
The location was a prime location ,located on the ground floor, close access to the pool and beach. However is very very unclean and outdated. The ceiling in the living room has mold on it. The living room furniture and kitchen furniture needs to be replaced. We couldn’t even use the pull out couch because it was in bad shape. We had to use a air mattress, so there is really room for four people to sleep. The patio is very dirty and sticky. The door to the patio is heavy and very hard to open. The refrigerator did not have an ice maker. The elevator was broke upon our check in and we had to carry all our luggage up the stairs to the condo. Definitely was not worth the money spent.

The location and pools were great, but the condo smelled of mildew and needs some updating. The sleeper sofa isn’t in very good condition, and our two children wound up sleeping with us. There is only one parking spot allowed on the premises, and a second car had to be parked across the highway behind a restaurant.

Perfect location!

The condo is right on the beach with a patio that walk out to the pool and then to the beach. It had plenary of room and basically everything you need.
