Upon entry the 2 parking passes were not in the unit. Texted number provided and we were told to search in varies places, no luck. Next we were told to go to leasing office at front of property, bingo. Be prepared to memorize varies gate codes, elevator code & 10 digit entry door code. I suggest packing a permanent marker and writing it on your arm, just kidding!!! Ceiling fan & light never worked, faucet handle in kitchen sink was near falling off. I texted number again and the information was given a work order number, no one ever showed up. I must give a shout out to the amazingly dirty white fabric sofa-NASTY. Fitted sheets on beds didn’t fit properly and you were often awakened by a slap in the face during the night, Morning. I recommend paying a few extra dollars for other rentals if you want to stay in this specific building, There’s a reason it’s less expensive.

Nice condo - Beautiful View
The condo itself is very nice, and the views are amazing. I did have a couple of issues that should be noted. I called maintenance for a broken toaster and a master shower that didn't drain. I was told they would be addressed that same day, but we checked out 4 days later with no resolution. While the toaster wasn't a big deal, more irksome than anything, the shower drain was kind of gross. If the water were left running for anything longer than 10-15 mins, it would have run out, onto the bathroom floor. Another item to note was the failure to honor a beach chair rental freebie. In the binder left in the condo, there was a flyer advertising 2 free beach chairs and umbrella for the duration of our stay. We were told that would not be honored as the unit no longer offered this amenity. That was quite disappointing.

Exactly what I wanted
I was a little worried after reading some of the reviews. And white this unit is definitely not new and could use some tlc, it is well designed, comfortable, clean and has great amenities. I could open my bedroom balcony door and hear the waves all night. I could lay in bed and watch the waves. From bedroom if unit has amazing views of the bay. I would absolutely stay here again!

Nice resort
The resort is clean, quiet and beautiful and located within walking distance of pretty much anywhere you want to go. Our unit was very nice as well. Check in was a bit confusing. We had been given the wrong codes so it took a bit to sort that out but the manager quickly took care of it and accommodated us allowing us to store our luggage until check ins n.

CHECK IN PROCESS HORRIBLE
On arrival, we couldnt get in the unit. Stood outside unit for 30 minutes, code wouldnt work. They kept having to reset it, new code wouldnt work. After we got in our stay was good but saw this was a known issue on previous reviews. This should have been addressed and fixed already. If it was raining or if we had to use the bathroom I would have been very upset.

Girls trip
The condo was great! Plenty of space and location was wonderful. Checkin process was harder than expected as the code didn’t work. We called the number provided and the first time got hung up on after a 7 minute wait and then called back for the second time and received some help. Five codes later, she just gave us a code (that I’m assuming is for the cleaners) and said to just use it instead of a normal code. Overall checkin took about 20 minutes standing outside the condo. Without the checkin process, 5 stars.

Great location and views but…..
Attention to details would be an added bonus to this property. The furniture really needs a good deep cleaning, it’s stained and unwelcoming. There were several broken or rusted items and appliances which were unsightly. There were no extra blankets or sheets, we had to go out and buy some. Plenty of towels was a bonus as well as the beach and pool access. No gym access though which we were not aware of since the photos were included in the advertisement we were disappointed to not be allowed to use it. Communication with property management was difficult due to language barrier so getting a new passcode for entry took 30 minutes as ours didn’t work when we arrived. I suggest a check in and out sheet to notate broken or missing item’s because we were not aware of some issues immediately like a broken ice maker. Otherwise we had a great stay. We made the most of it with our family! The location was amazing, views amazing and this time of year the beach and pool were very comfortable and accessible.

Birthday Beach weekend
We enjoyed this property. It was in a great location and a good size for 3 couples. It was spacious, clean and had most thing we needed. We always bring extras (ziplock bags, extra kitchen towels, utensils etc) that we always seem to need. Beautiful view of the beach. Had the wrong door code but was quickly fixed by the management company. Would stay again if I’m the area.

Great HOLIDAY celebration
While we enjoyed the view, location, amenities, and space, there were some opportunities for improvement. It would be helpful to have cleaning supplies in the condo as there were several times when we wanted to clean the granite and table tops and did t have cleaner to do so. Also there was stains in couch and tears in curtains in master bedroom. Overall we had a very nice time celebrating the holidays with families.

Family Beach Time
Excellent unit convenient to fun activities, restaurants and of course the beautiful sugar white sandy beach. Spectacular views from the 15th floor giving a full panoramic view of the beach and the Gulf of Mexico. The condo had everything we needed to enjoy our time there. Highly recommend if you are planning a trip to Pensacola Beach!

Beach Trip
Good Condo. We found a little damage to door jam to master BR but it certainly didn’t detract from our fun. Layout was great as we could be together but retreat to private space when needed. I had to discover updated gate codes from front office. Vacasa had sent us April codes but if they had sent May codes I missed them. A little challenging navigating the property with only one access fob provided.

Great views!
Roomy and comfortable with amazing views! Close to many things to do and places to eat. Great gym, nice pool, amazing beach! Bring your own chairs and umbrella if you can otherwise you’ll need to rent.

There were a number of things wrong the moment we got there. The front desk was less than helpful because they work for another property company and apparently our reservation was transferred to Vacasa so they wouldn’t help us. It took several tries to get in touch with someone who could help us. There was no welcome packet, there was no fob for the pool, the Wi-Fi net work was terrible, and there were several things broken or in less than excellent condition within the property. The standalone icemaker did not work well, the water dispenser in the refrigerator would only dispense a trickle of water, there were six remote controls for three televisions and one DVD player none of them were marked. The grill did not work, it would only get to 120°. The towel ring in the second bathroom was completely gone.

Quick Wedding Weekend
The location was great as it was a beautiful 20 min drive through the National Park to a wedding. The national park is a must see. The Beach Club had great amenities. Unit itself and some of the furnishings need a little attention.

Relaxing get away
The property was nice, but there as some cleaning issues, there was a bar of soap with hair on it in a bathroom, with a hanging towel behind the door, a pillow had multiple stains on it , nasty, the grill outside was reported broken in a previous renter , and is still broken, the rug in the master room needs to be replaced

Beautiful location, but bring your own skillet!
The property is lovely and comfortable, but needs to be deep cleaned and appliances worked on. The stand alone ice maker is dirty and didn't make ice,but noise so we turned it back off. Oven worked on bake, but the oven needs cleaning as it smoked up the unit. The pots are awesome, but there wasn't a skillet or baking sheet. Lots of odds and ends for cookware. Bring your own of you plan to cook eggs, grilled cheese or really any thing. The one there had the coating peeling off, and the nice stainless one everything stuck to. Has great mixer, blender, coffee machines. We had six adults so we're constantly washing dishes to have some to eat on, and no matched glasses. Wine glasses were only 5, and a beer glass, but we made do. It would be fine if you weren't going to cook, but having an immuno compromised member we needed to be at unit. Master shower is lovely but it had mold growing at base of glass door and on some of the grout. If there had been mold and mildew spray we'd have used it. The A/C drain was clogged, but they fixed it quickly so we were cool, but the batteries were dead in all tv remotes so had to request those also. There are also burned out bulbs. The electric grill turns on but shuts off when it reaches 200 degrees meaning it needs a part to stabilize it. So we cooked inside. But it's a shame as many reviews as I read that it was broken they haven't repaired it. Again, location and layout were perfect, view off balcony was spectacular with dolphins and stingray visible from it. They had new deck furniture but they were missing screws. It really just needs some TLC. We had a blast and loved the less crowded beach. I'd go back,but would bring cleaning supplies, my own wine glasses and some baking sheets and a large skillet. I really hope they give it the care it needs. It's beautiful otherwise. Small things, but to call something luxury the details count
