Wonderful place and location
I've been coming to pensacola beach for the past 14 years. This is the first time we have stayed here. By far this is the best place to stay. Litterally 25 steps to the ramp and another 30 steps to the beach. Spacious as we had 6 adults and 1 2 year old.

Favorite Spot!
This is our 2nd time staying here. They have everything you need—beach toys, beach chairs, tent, inside toys and games for kids, kitchen appliances, etc. Everything is so clean. You can’t beat the location! We look forward to our stay here every year.

Everything you need for the beach!
Plenty of room for all of us. Pots and pans big enough for a shrimp boil. Chairs, towels, coolers, everything you need to take to the beach! Perfect location near shopping and groceries and eating out. Perfect view of the beach. Only thing to complain about was dishwasher did not work so had to do alot of hand washing on vacation lol and the dryer needs some attention, it had to run 3 cycles to dry anything. Its full of sand and lint from the looks of it. We had the best time at this location!

Vandersteeg Reunion
Our uncle had a condo 2 doors down years ago and we wanted to get our family from Chicago and Dallas together again for a family reunion. The condo was a amazing! The beach was fantastic and had complimentary beach chair service! There was so much room and the porch was incredible for watching sunrises and sunsets. There was hardly anyone there! We had the beach to ourselves!!

Divine, Divine, Divine!!
This house was perfect for our girls weekend getaway. The check-in process was super easy. They had everything we needed. And we were only STEPS away from the beach. It was spacious. Warm, inviting, sunny, quiet, and close to all of our favorite restaurants we like from that area. We WILL be back again and again.

Property needs to be refreshed. During our stay, we had no internet, the toilets didn't flush properly, clogged tub drain, and HVAC did not work on the main floor. The property also needs deep cleaning since it is pet friendly.

Abbiamo scelto questa casa sul mare perchè siamo due famiglie con 4 bambini e volevamo riposare Il giorno prima dell'arrivo ci è stato comunicato che l'aria condizionata era rotta e proposto una soluzione alternativa in un grande condominio lontano dal mare. Abbiamo rifiutato, abbiamo parlato con il responsabile della casa per altre soluzioni e siamo andati sul posto in agenzia ma non abbiamo avuto nessun tipo di assistenza, quindi abbiamo dovuto accettare la casa che avevamo prenotato ma senzsa aria condizionata era davvero invivibile. Inoltre sul posto abbiamo visto dal libro degli ospiti che l'aria era già rotta la settimana prima del nostro arrivo anche se noi siamo stati avvisati all'ultimo momento. Molto scorretti

Location! Location! Location!
It truly is the perfect spot. No need to bring ANYTHING with you. It is all supplied. Nice amenities. Steps from the beach. Cleanliness could have been stepped up. Sheets weren’t clean, lots of debris under couches, trash left in garage upon arrival. Some of those things would have normally set me off and truly for the amount of money being paid, those issues should have been addressed. It was the 2nd anniversary of my husband’s death, so the issues paled in comparison however, you may want to take it into consideration.

Top Notch
Very nice and clean place with a great layout. Right on the beach with lots to do within walking distance. Veiws were amazing from many places in the house and on the decks. Quiet and relaxing. Highly recommend and will be back!

Great place - but hot!
We loved this place - there was more than enough room for our group of 6. The space was clean and decorated modern/tasteful. We especially loved the stainless steel tumblers/mugs and water bottles - that was a nice touch and very convenient! The only complaint, which is consistent with other reviews is how poor the A/C worked. At night, the bedrooms were very warm and humid. Since we couldn’t turn the thermostat down due to owner instructions, it remained very steamy upstairs! There were lots of extra fans to use but they weren’t enough to keep me cool at night and get good sleep. Outside of the weak A/C, it was a perfect place!

Second Stay
This is the second time we have stayed at this condo. Great place and big enough for a large group. It's right on what could only be considered a private beach as there is no public parking immediately nearby.

Beautiful beach sunrises and sunsets
We had a great time in Pensacola Beach. The townhouse had two wonderful beachside decks and was very spacious inside. Our dog had fun at the 2 dog beaches. We appreciated the outside hose so we could bathe him before coming back inside. We had some maintenance issues which were promptly addressed by the management company. We would be happy to return here in the future.

Pensacola Beach 9/2021
We loved our stay at this property. Exactly as shown in pictures except there are 3 bedrooms and a loft (one bedroom with king bed, BR #2 with 2 queen beds, BR #3 with one queen bed, and loft with king bed). Plenty of space for everyone. Excellent proximity to the beach. Would definitely recommend for others to stay, as well as would return myself.

Wonderful views! Right on the beach!
Ok, let’s get right to it! Pros: Right on the beach Gorgeous views House looks just as pictured 3 full baths - plenty of hot water Lots of beach toys for the kids There are beach chairs and mats (some of the chairs are old, however) The hose to rinse off after the beach is located very conveniently at the bottom of the stairs of the deck The couch in the living room was very comfy The table was great for eating together and playing games The king bed in the master was very comfortable The pull out sofa in the same room was nice for my kids to sleep in while my husband and I slept in the king bed There was a great view from that room as well and the balcony off that bedroom was nice because it was private The bikes in the garage were fun for the group and were used daily (1 had a broken seat, but there were 4 total) The fridge was spacious and was able to fit multiple families’ food The washer and dryer was great The decor is beautiful 2 car garage was very handy and helpful Cons: Cleaning service only did an “ok” job - I had to scrub the small, round table in the living room myself because it had something caked on it and the floor had multiple dirty areas, looking as if it had not been mopped - this left me wondering how well they sanitized so I ended up spending the first 15 minutes I was there wiping down frequently touched services with a Clorox wipe Poor communication between the owner/property manager - when we first arrived, there was a man upstairs on the deck working - we left, thinking maybe they weren’t ready for us - we waited patiently outside but the man never came back out. We went back up and just asked him if we could go ahead and check in - he said he didn’t mind, that he was the maintenance man and he was just there to put together a new grill - the new grill is nice - but we weren’t told at all he’d be there Odd window from the shower to the master bedroom - had to hang up a sheet for privacy Tub would not drain well Broken AC upstairs - so it was warm Exhaust fan in bathroom broken - I see this has been commented on already so not sure why it hasn’t been fixed Outdoor lights broken - called for repair - no one came Other non-functioning items like fans, lights and smoke detectors pulled off the ceiling No privacy at all on the deck! I highly suggest something because this was a huge bummer with the annoying neighbors Would stay again despite the cons
