“First time staying here. The property is new but our room smelled funny whenever we came back after it being shut up for the day. The towels also really smelt after four days of being damp, wasn’t sure if we could ask for others. Bed was comfy but the pillows weren’t great (I’m quite fussy though). Pool area was lovely, it was a nice quiet location. You definitely need a car. They also need to mark out the car parks spaces better, nobody seemed to be able to park straight when we were there so...

“This was one of the best properties that I have stayed at. Pool was lovely, clean tidy apartment really well maintained and operated property. Helpful reception team. Room was comfortable, clean, well set up. Parking was easy and secure under the building. Right in the centre of town walking distance to all amenities and the beach. My only tiny negative was the road noise. Port Douglas is a great place to stay and this property is a great place to have a relaxing holiday.”

“Best trip and hotel in the world! The employees are kind and super accommodating. Don’t need to worry about anything they are organised e.g. they booked a shuttle for me and I didn’t even provide any details and they came into the airport to find me. Food is amazing at Alucco and room service was amazing too! We will be staying here again very soon! ”
