“Just a lovely, old traditional family run hotel. Staff are fabulous and food is home cooked and delicious. Clean and comfortable. Perfect stay. ”

“We enjoyed our recent stay here. The room was excellent with a spotless new bathroom and comfortable bed. Better pillows would have been nice but not a problem for a short stay. The food was very good but the service rather slow. We weren't in any hurry but 30-40 minutes to produce breakfast after ordering seemed a bit excessive. Staff were all very friendly and helpful so positive overall.”

“We had a great stay. Even though we were on the first floor we didn't hear a lot of noise from the bar. The breakfast was excellent with a great choice. Only downside was the service was slow and the food was Lukewarm when arrived. But plenty of choice. ”

“Great staff and great food & drinks at the pub. Easy parking and we were welcomed the moment we opened the door. Room was comfortable and it's very easy to get to the Holy Island from here. I would definitely recommend staying here, as I know we would again. ”
