The bed in the master bedroom was very hard and uncomfortable and we had to try and rearrange sleeping conditions. We could hear every footstep made by the group staying up stairs.

This was an excellent place to stay. We love Litchfield by the Sea Resort and the Marshside Villa was perfect! close to the beach, within walking distance of the fishing ponds and even had a pool (in addition to the resort pool/lazy river). The accommodations were clean and as described. It is so hard to find 3 bedrooms without twin beds. This was perfect!! Will definitely stay again.

The condo is beautiful and a nice location. We loved the view of the marsh from the condo and watching the birds. There is so much wildlife to take in while staying at Litchfield beach. The rooms were spacious and beds were comfortable. There are plenty of dishes to eat in at the condo, but nothing besides salt/ pepper if you're planning to cook. The small pool besides the condos was great and very quiet. The front desk at the complex seems to be lacking for the check in and checkout process. You need to visit the front desk to check in and they moved really slowly. We got there two hours after check in and they said they didn't know if the condo was ready and said we should go to dinner and come back. After a little while they did say the condo was ready and we could check in. I called the front desk a different time and it took 20 minutes to have someone answer my questions. We would love to come back and visit again in the future!

My sister and I enjoyed a very relaxing week in your top notch unit! It was super clean, a beautiful location, excellent communication, very well equipped and an overall wonderful experience!We had the best seafood at incredible restaurants and despite some rainy days, we enjoyed perfect beach days too. And a preview to the June full Moon we spent tons of time reading and bird watching on the screened in porch. We will be back ! Thank you

Very well kept unit. Could use some more basic supplies in hand such as oil/basics for cooking, dishwasher detergent, paper towels etc. If you could avoid going to the front desk to check in that would be ideal. Front desk staff at LBTS are sometimes uninterested and slow

Quick getaway

The condo was perfect for our quick getaway. Perfectly located near local shopping and dining. Well equipped and nicely decorated. Guest services responded quickly when we couldn’t figure out the TV. Just make sure you know that the property is located inside the Litchfield Beach and Golf Resort and you check in at their front desk. We loved this property and would highly recommend it.

Nice place but some details lacking

The condo is in a good location with a nice view of the marsh and sunrise. It was well furnished, clean, and the kitchen was fully outfitted with dishes and cookware. The lights on the stairs were not working and maintenance could not fix them. It was very dark and dangerous for my elderly mother. The ice maker was broken. There were no consumable supplies of any kind normally available at a VRBO rental such as dish or dishwasher soap, coffee, ice, food wrap, or cooking oil.

Bachelorette Weekend

Perfect layout for a party of 8 ladies helping the Bride To Be celebrate her upcoming wedding in September. The party included Mother of Bride, Sister of the Bride, Mother in law to be of the Bride, Bridesmaids, and me the Aunt who hosted the weekend. It was perfect. Will definitely stay there again.

Marsh Hawk 3A was excellent

Lovely, very clean, and the view from screened patio of the marsh is wonderful. All features were as described. A couple of nice points were the quiet atmosphere and the location. MH is on a short street of 5 units w a private pool that was shady and surrounded by a privacy wall. The walk to the beach is a pleasant 1/2 mile and then lots of wide open beach to stroll along. We took drinks to the common patio over the water front and watched the sun set. The unit felt remarkably quiet and private. Although most were in use, we didn’t see or hear much from other guests. Another small point is the grocery store just across the highway that made it easy to grab ingredients. After looking around whole property, I would pick MH3 again.

We had a wonderful stay at the Serenity Villa. It is a gated community with sidewalks. You are within walking distance from the villa to the beach. It's a beautiful complex. The villa is nicely decorated and very clean with plenty of linens. We would definitely stay here again!!
