It started by: The registration rep was very nice but sent us to the wrong condo! When we opened the condo there was an awful odor that stayed until we left-musty and wet order. The condo was dirty, needed painting inside, All toilets ran water-had to hold down handle to flush, stains on all carpets, furniture was dirty with odor, rust on doors-inside and outside, carpet was torn-safety hazard, the televisions did not work, we did not know it was two story-not on description.we are in our 70’s and hard to go upstairs to bedrooms. Very disappointed-not Litchfield Quality, we have stayed there before and was very happy. The staff was surprised at the condition of the condo.
