“Wonderful stay at La Sauvagette! We loved staying at this comfortable gîte in the gorgeous village of Mortagne-sur-Gironde. Vikki and Andrew were wonderful hosts, very helpful and friendly. The house had everything we needed, clean and well stocked with everything needed for self catering holiday including charcoal BBQ.The garden was lovely with great views across the vineyards. Pool was clean and warm and enjoyed by us all. Plenty of sun loungers and seats. Garden box had inflatables, brollies...

Das Haus verfügt über eine kleine Küche im Erdgeschoss, zwei Schlafzimmer mit jeweils einem neuen, sehr modernen Bad, wie man es sich besser ausgestattet nicht vorstellen kann, und einen Aufenthaltsraum. “We had a wonderful week at this property. Howard and Liz were amazing hosts. Communication before arrival was excellent and we found the property with ease using the what 3 words app (thank you Howard). The property is accurate as per the listing. It is ideally located for using as a base for exploring the coastline. We highly recommend the property. ”

“Nous avons passé deux belles semaines au milieu des vignes dans lesquelles nous avons pu nous balader. L endroit est tres calme, ideal pour le repos. La piscine est grande et il y a également d autres équipements dans le grand jardin, comme un filet de badmington, une table de ping pong... Catherine et son epoux sont à l ecoute et tres discret. L'hebergement est simple avec les equipements suffisants. Nous le recommandons :)”

“Une superbe expérience, dans le calme, entures de vignes, dans un moulin avec tout ce qu’il faut, bien équipé et reformé avec soin. Martine toujours charmante et très attentive. Idéal pour se reposer dans un endroit de rêve, mais aussi pour visiter les alentours, Talmont, Mortagne, Pons, Jonzac, les petits et les grands producteurs de pinot et cognac, l’estuaire… A recommander, á faire et á refaire (peut-être l’été prochain) !”

“Maison agréable et chaleureuse.La propriétaire Johanna une belle personne.Pleins de choses à voir aux alentours.Les plages sont proches.En voyage en famille accompagnée d'un petit lapin qui a apprécié la terrasse et nous aussi.”

“This is a lovely well equiped property situated in a quiet area close enough to local shops to walk (through the beautiful vin yards) and beaches only a relatively short drive through lovely scenery. We had a wonderful time and would recommend to anyone. The host was very approachable and easily contactable”
