Este divertido condominio en el piso de arriba trae un encanto rústico del viejo mundo a una ubicación moderna en el centro. Literalmente a pasos de salas de degustación de vinos, galerías de arte, café, bares, tienda de quesos gourmet y todas las comodidades. Baje las escaleras para almorzar en Next Door Bistro con su increíble selección de sopa gourmet de la semana y para comprar en Di Raimondos quesos gourmet, delicatessen importados. y comidas especiales. Convenient downtown location in Paso Robles
We came up for a weekend visit in February to wander the downtown and see Sensorio (amazing, totally worth every penny). This rental is very nice and super conveniently located. Paso Robles currently (2/24) is not enforcing parking so we were able to park in the small lot by the building and keep an eye on our vehicle from the rental. The rental has a giant touchscreen that is used for check in and check out and includes information about the property and had a map of the surrounding area so you could find shops, restaurants, etc. It was surprisingly quiet for a downtown location except for some early morning landscaping by the City. We had a great time shopping, wine tasting, checking out the antique stores, and restaurants. The cheese deli downstairs has a great selection of cheeses and made for a great lunch and afternoon snack. The folks there are also very helpful. If we are looking for a place to spend the night when in the Paso Robles area we would absolutely stay here again.

Great weekend getaway
I have stayed in this property in the past, and simply can't beat the location - being just a few steps from anything in downtown can't be beat. The cold November nights on this trip actually required some heating, and we were grateful to find extra blankets in the chest. We did experience an issue with the shower not shutting off, and management was very responsive even though they ultimately weren't able to correct the issue and there was no shower available on the morning of checkout. Even so, would stay again!

Wonderful location
Great, great location for Paso Robles. I would definitely stay here again - the location is fantastic. The condo is really spacious and had great amenities. If I said only one thing negative is that the bathroom is a bit small but I could get over that because of the very convenient location and just all around great bargain for the place. I would definitely stay there again.

Location was ideal. Property was adorable. I loved the loft a look of it. Cheese shop below is amazing! The only thing that was a little small was the shower. It was fine but a little more room would be great. Easy check in easy check out. Questions were always answered immediately. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Apartment
We love this place in the heart of downtown Paso Robles. Ya just come down stairs and everything is right there. Restaurants, shops and wine tasting. The apartment is big and very well set up.

Great location, large comfortable space
This apartment is right above the cheese shop in the middle of downtown Paso Robles. Walking distance to great restaurants. Bed was comfortable, with really nice linens. Has a full kitchen that is great for breakfast or even meals. The fridge is normal size which was great for storing our wine & cheese purchases in! The apartment is large and very comfortable. Not a "luxurious" place, but clean & comfortable & reasonably priced is more important to me. Check-in and out is done on a screen in the apartment. Super simple. And the manager called before our trip to make sure we understood how to get in (door off an alley) and what the parking situation was - which we appreciated. Two things I would suggest improving: 1) put block out shades or drapery in the bedroom so it doesn't get so light when the sum comes up. 2) work out a parking place nearby. Downtown Paso is pay-parking....so you have to park a few blocks away if you don't want to pay. It works fine, just would be nice to park closer.

Location was great, just a little noisy at times, late night party goers, then 6am recycling pickup. Otherwise very clean inside and lots of room. Note: paid parking in this area from 8am to 8pm.

Excellent spot for our anniversary
Spent a couple of nights in this great location for our anniversary. The downtown area is perfect, easy access in and out. Took a drive to Hearst Castle that was amazing. The pigeons making some noise on the roof could be a little concerning if you didn't know about them ahead if time, but they caused no problems. Overall, the space is great and comfortable.

Fabulous location. Spacious accommodations. Property documentation was a bit out of date. Had some trouble getting the cable TV to work, but property management sent someone out to take care of it the morning after our evening arrival. Great place to stay if you want to explore Paso and the area around.

Location, Location, Location!
This unit is central to downtown Paso so we were able to walk everywhere. It was so nice to be able to be out late and just stroll back to the unit. We didn’t have an issue with parking since the cheese shop below the unit allowed us to park in front of the store. The living space was spacious and clean. The bed was big and comfy and there were plenty of seating area for relaxing in the living room. I had to work a few hours so internet wasn’t an issue and there was a dedicated desk for working as well. However, the shower was small and that wasn’t so much an issue for my husband who is 6ft tall but it was the shower curtain. I highly recommend an alternative option for the curtain to clip or stay in place because with the small shower space, the curtain kept flowing inward as though you’re being attack by it. Overall, my husband and I enjoyed the stay at the unit and we weren’t bother by the noise of the morning trash truck or the pedestrians enjoying their evening strolling and chatting. We plan to stay here again on our next visit back.

Nice Location
Great location, within short walk to many spots. Rather noisy every morning with the trash and recycling trucks, and at night with the night life nearby. Sparsely equipped kitchen- bring everything you may need to cook! Otherwise clean and convenient.

Great Location
We loved the location. Parking became our biggest thing to deal with. Dowtown has installed paid parking, so some direction regarding that would have been extremely nice prior to arrival so we didn’t have to figure it all out on our own. Mon-Fri 9am-6pm you have to be careful, pay or risk a parking ticket. Property was clean and comfortable. A bit weird walking through the kitchen to get to the bathroom. The shower is for tall people. We are hard sleepers but I could see how others would find all the noises driving them crazy.

Downtown Paso
If being in the middle of downtown Paso is what you want this is perfect! You are surrounded by beautiful boutique eateries and wine tasting. Park your car once and walk around the local businesses. If craft beer is what you want, it is all right there. The apartment is very comfortable and it's a cozy love nest. We will definitely be back.

Downtown quirky apartment
Hard to even find the door no address bad online directions, when you do find the door you are immediately exposed to large waste grease containers, puddles of grease on the ground and a huge trash bin. Worst shower I have even used ,using VRBO for almost 20 years. Location is great walk to everything, parking can be very dicey. Property is comfortable and clean inside kitchen very functional. Smallest TV I have ever seen although the cable channel options were exceptional. For the price the TV choice seemed a bit cheap. If you want to walk to dinner, bars, etc. this is a good choice. Pack light the stairs to the apartment are narrow and steap.

Nice Spot in the Middle of Paso
This is a very convenient spot in the middle of the tasting rooms street. Easy walking to everything. I would like more electric outlets (hidden behind the bed in the b-room) and the bathroom is smaller than expected given the size of every other room. But these are only mono complaints. One note: the entry stairs are a steep angle that may be challenging for some.
