“This apartment is 3 blocks from my daughter. Well located to everything you need!! Directions were great.!”

“Overall it was pleasant. There as one little glitch, but it was out of your control. An evaluation due to a kitchen fire on the sixteenth floor. 27 flights of floors was very overwhelming. My 85 year old husband required assistance from the last 5 flights.”

“We had a lovely stay while visiting family. The apartment is very open and airy and felt like home. Loved having laundry capabilities and covered secure parking. We'll certainly stay here again on future visits.”

“The loft was very clean and modern inside. We enjoyed having our meals on the deck, with a nice calming view of South River. The owner was very flexible (e.g. check-in time) and easy to communicate with. Beware that the kitchenette is small (not much room to cook if that matters to you). I personally would prefer having a firmer mattress, but others may disagree.”

The apartment is conveniently located right outside of Gate 1 and so close to the all of the downtown offerings. The apartment was super clean and had everything we needed for our stay. We would definitely stay here again!”

“This property is located near downtown and location is great for walking to restaurants and other events. It is located in an impoverished area, but everyone was friendly and no problems occurred. The apartment is bright and beautiful inside. Be ware, there is no elevator, and we had to walk up 3 flights of stairs. I was especially impressed with the host who expediently responded to my messages.”

“Very clean. Simple & easy to get in the apartment. Code for doors were sent early (I didnt have to beg for them as I was approaching thw apartment). Great communication. Comfortable bed. Powerful shower & hot. Loved that the host had 6 bottles of water for us in the fridge to get us started. ”

“Stayed for 3 nights in this clean, quiet loft at the end of a dead end 2-lane road. *Loved the dry sauna! Nice heat! *Loft is accessed through stairs inside the garage. *Kitchenette is small but works for breakfast and basics. *Love the large closet which is sunny and like another bedroom. *Easy communication with owner and easy access. * About 10m by car to Sandy Point State Park * About 15m by car into downtown Annapolis Great base for exploring the Annapolis area.”
