“The location is perfect and close to the main attractions. It is a lovely apartment with all the amenities necessary. The only thing that has been a bit annoying is that on Expedia it's clearly stated that the cleaning fees are not mandatory if you clean the apartment yourself but in reality they are mandary fees! ”

“We had a lovely stay at this perfectly located apartment. The apartment was perfect for the 3 of us, with a well equipped kitchenette and a beautifully updated bathroom. Everything was squeaky clean and the location is perfect with a beautiful view onto the rooftops of old Bologna. All major sights, shopping and grocery shopping are in easy walking distance. Communication was great and made both checkin and checkout super easy. Highly recommended. ”

“Our group of 6 loved our stay in this apartment. There were a lot of stairs to climb but it was easily worth it, we had everything we needed and were very comfortable. Luciano was very helpful and friendly and we had a great time! There is construction outside the apartment (as of May 2025) but we were able to cover most of it up with a white noise machine. Bologna was such a wonderful city and we loved this apartment!”

“I don’t like the kind of service I mean there was only one toilet paper for a week / 2 adults 2 children so we need to buy our own same for code , soap . There was no blinds in the windows in a ground floor apartment; The toilet seat was broken and there was no DOOR in the bedroom… I will never recommend this place”

“Great apt close to everything including the train station. Good sized rooms with clean and modern bathrooms. It was very easy to check in with the remote key especially since we arrived very late at night. ”

“This apartment is in the city center with easy accessibility to all of wonderful things to do in Bologna. The host was an excellent communicator and provided plenty of information about where to eat and what to do. The view from the balcony is 10/10. The pictures are accurate. The area of town is loud at night as it is in the area of town with Uni students but we had no problem drowning out the sound in the apartment with the fan provided. Only thing we would suggest, if you have accessibility...
