“Everything was perfect. Home was spacious and inviting. There were so many extras that we enjoyed. Ashley left a welcome snack and other special things that we enjoyed such as the facial masks. “This is a nice house in a great location- close to freeways, food and shopping. The house is very clean and the beds are super comfortable. The pool is sparkly clean and a really nice way to spend time outdoors when it heats up. There are no stairs at all, so perfect for all ages. There’s a nice pool table and a good TV.The kitchen is a bit sparse if you’re planning any real cooking you may need to bring a casserole dish and a large bowl. “Needed a home for the wk close to GCU to move you daughter in. We were 2k miles from home and with everything going on that wk, staying here made the process that much easier. Quiet neighborhood, clean house, all the amenities we needed were there. A home away from home. Richard our host was BEYOND helpful and kind. Now that we have a vacation in AZ for the next four years, we’ll be staying in one of Richard’s home every time. Thank you again for EVERYTHING! ”

“The house was well kept, clean and well equipped kitchen. The pool man came on our first day there and put the pool sweeper in and left it there for the remainder of our stay, thought that was a bit strange. Had to swim around the sweeper all week. A little far north of phoenix. Did a good deal of driving to get to attractions we went to. Overall nice quiet place ”
