“This is a beautiful historic building. Close to the park and walking trails. Also on the corner of an intersection so some traffic noise in the morning but not terrible. The suite was lovely and well equipped with lots of space. The hosts were wonderful and very helpful. The only negative was that the bed was unfortunately not comfortable as it was soft and sinking in the middle. We would recommend this stay, albeit with a new bed. ”

“This is a hidden gem! The house was gorgeous and had the perfect cottage feel along with all the amenities. Located on a cute cove off the larger lake created a nice private feel and made the water warmer! Mike was great communicating with and answered all our questions! “Our family of 6 stayed here for a week. We used the house as both a place to relax and as a jumping off point to do other activities in Nova Scotia. We loved it here. We enjoyed numerous outings on Ponhook Lake in the canoes, kayaks and stand up paddleboard provided by the owner. The house is beautiful, clean and very well kept up.
