“This is how hotels should be. It was absolutely esquisite. The finishings on the building was amazing and consistent throughout and was echoed by the quality at every angle, from the welcome, to food, to service, you name it. Wonderful relaxed atmosphere and a lovely place to be.
We stayed during a very quiet period out of holidaty season and were still made to feel very welcome, were always asked how we were, and were very aware that any member of staff would go above and beyond to help...

“We had a really lovely 3 night stay here last week. The hotel itself is beautiful and the grounds are immaculate. The spa and gym is fantastic with a variety of treatments, super friendly and accommodating therapists.
The room itself was large and with everything you could ask for. Really well laid out. My only suggestion would be to highlight that there are fitness classes in the welcome book - I love Pilates and only found out there was a Pilates class happening as I saw a poster in the gym...

“Our go-to hotel if we need somewhere to stay before a Heathrow flight. The staff are all very friendly, food is excellent (both dinner and breakfast), plentiful parking. We stayed in an executive room this time - we liked the extra space and would book this again. Last time we were there we were helping some friends who had suffered a tragedy that day, and I managed to knock over a large G&T. Even without knowing what we were dealing with, the lady behind the bar calmly cleared up the mess and...
