“We rented this house for a family of four (two adults and two young teens). It was perfect! The balconies are wonderful and provide amazing views. The entire complex was very quiet, a nice surprise. The elevators and beach path are conveniently close to this unit. We didn't know it was on a private beach which kept the crowds down. We saw dolphins and sharks! The interior was very clean. They have a vacuum and Swiffer for mid-stay clean up which is nice. No bugs! The kitchen is small but clean...

“We loved this place and Patti and Susan were incredible. Perfect distance to the beach and lots of good beach equipment (chairs, toys, beach cart, etc.). I would recommend bringing a good beach umbrella (shibumi or likewise). Kitchen was very well equipped and we didn’t “need” anything when preparing meals. Lots of wonderful board games (apples to apples, monopoly, beat the parents) and great DVD selection. Also a number of wonderful books to select from to read on the beach. We stayed for a...
